Very professional service. Wendy & Jonathan helped make a very difficult time so much easier guiding us through the decisions that needed to be made. They were absolutely lovely and we would highly recommend to anyone who has to go through such sad times.

Our family have used Lymns many times over the years for the simple reason that they give the absolute best and professional service. Nothing is too much to ask of them and they do it all to perfection. Could not have asked for a better ‘goodbye’ for my husband and their aftercare is excellent. Thank you, Lymns. The service i received at Lymns was absolutely outstanding. Their support and guidance was overwhelming, they really did go above and beyond to make my Dads final send off one to remember the way he would of wanted it. Nothing was to big or to little for them to help with me with. I found nothing but comfort and respect from the team and can never say thank them enough for making this hard time so easy for me, they listened to what i wished for and then made it happen with out any fuss.

We can not thank you enough for everything you have done for us the service we got was excellent the people were lovely and very friendly which was comforting for us all and also for the way they looked after our dad he looked beautiful when he came home to spend his last night with his family we would highly recommend your services to other people thank you from the bottom of our hearts

Everyone did their utmost to make a very difficult time just a little bit easier. I would especially like to mention Santanna, who gave 200% and went the extra mile to make everything perfect. Also Malcolm Barham, the Celebrant, he too helped to make it the perfect celebration of Brian's life.

AW Lymn of Ruddington have managed the funeral of my beautiful Mum. I have received excellent service. They are understanding, respectful, empathetic and very patient. Always there to help. Answered all my queries and provided me with reassurance when I needed it. Special thanks to Edward and Teresa who have supported me and looked after my Mum at this very difficult time.

We were promised personal attention whilst that person then went on vacation without telling us, then we were passed to a new person each day!
I felt I was doing all the chasing for arrangements When I rang to pay the invoice they could not find it and asked me how much I owed them! One guy called Johnathan was really good but got an overall impression that it was more a commercial business than a personalized funeral director. I very much regret that your experience of our family company proved lacking on this occasion. Unfortunately, although we were aware that that you had some issues we did not know the detail before this review. Matthew, our Managing Director, called you a number of times to discuss your concerns but these remained unanswered and the voicemails he left requesting a call back did not receive a response. Having now investigated the information contained in the review I would record my personal apologies that an error arose concerning a telephone number and that the funeral arranger overseeing the funeral unfortunately, for family reasons, was absent for three days without informing you. I thank you for your praise of Jonathan who dealt with matters during her absence and he tells me that the issue with the invoice arose because our accounts staff are still working from home until such time as the government releases us from the Covid restrictions.
