We would like to say a big thank you to Paul and Joe for organising our mum's funeral. They were very helpful, friendly, respectful and professional. The funeral service was lovely.

The first time the family has used A W Lymn. Without a doubt the most professional undertakers in Nottingham. The services they provided left mum completely supported every step of the way whilst organising dads funeral at this difficult time. Paul at their Nottingham branch was second to none in his manner and support at all times. I would undoubtedly recommend them to anybody having to go through the often traumatic process of remembering a loved one.

From the initial meeting with Emma at Lymns to the day of the funeral I found all concerned with Jerry’s funeral extremely professional, kind and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral their support made a very difficult day bearable. I thank you all so much.

A W Lymn were amazing at a very difficult time, they accommodated us in every way possible, they guided us through the whole process with great care and compassion. Santanna was absolutely wonderful, phoning and e-mailing throughout, she was so kind and thoughtful. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a funeral director.

The funeral was very easily arranged and although there wasn’t much time we never felt rushed. Edward had everything in hand and we were all very pleased with the funeral.

Their service was excellent from first contacting them to arrange things. They kept in touch and provided updates on proceedings throughout The staff were all very professional and understanding through out the process and on the day Jonathon and the team gave a very professional service to us from start to finish and getting us back home. We have used Lyms now on several occasions after losing other family members and will continue to so do as we've received excellent service on each occasion. Regards Russ Marshall and family.

We recently entrusted my Wife's funeral and cremation to Lymns and they handled all the arrangements faultlessly. We were met by the Wollaton Branch Director, Kirby, who expertly helped us to plan out a fitting celebration of my Wife's life, on a non-religious basis which we required, guiding us through every possible aspect and proceedure, to provide exactly what we wanted to achieve. The Celebrant who they recommended, Richard, planned and conducted the proceedings excellently. Our gathering of about 40 Relatives and Friends felt that they had said "good bye" to my Wife in the most memorable way. Well done and thank you, Lymns.

Very professional. Despite a vehicle breakdown the situation was handled very quickly and a hand-delivered note of apology and refund was waiting for us at home without the need of any hassle or embarrassment. There was nothing we could do about it so we chose to see the funny side, as life indeed is very short to worry about things we simply can’t change. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
