Having used another service last year for another family member A W Lymn was a far better value for money and we hasd far more extras on this occasion. Felt very supported throughout what was a difficult time. Would definitely recommend

They were superb from first contact to the whole arrangements, they arranged everything to suit what Lynn wanted and had asked for. Jackie and Andy at the Shirebrook branch made it special with little details that mattered to the family cannot thank them enough for what they did and their help and guidance.

Myself and my family were very happy with the service we received from A.W Lymn Arnold for the funeral of my late husband Ken. It is a very sad time for us all and we were treated with compassion and kindness by Emma and all the staff we met.

I cannot thank lymns at carlton branch enough, for the great service, myself and my family recieved in the sad loss of my husband Ashley Allen. Danny who looked after us, was amazing, he went above and beyond, his way of dealing with bereaved familys, is really something! He was friendly, professional, he wasn't just doing his job, he made our family feel that he was there on a personal level, we truely cannot thank him and his team enough, i dont think i could have held it together without him, lymns is very lucky to have such a caring, professional man, working at lymns. Cannot fault the helpfulness and professionalism of Mark, Danny Nigel and previously Russell (Mum's funeral in June). Would also like to commend the graphics team for the order of service. All involved very patient and quick to turn around my requests, felt like I was their only customer. Very friendly team.

The funeral for my dad Thomas Derek Rose was very well organised and everyone involved at AW LYMN were very caring. I would like to thank them all especially James the Vicar who gave an excellent service . Thank you very much for making a difficult time for me his daughter not so difficult.

An excellent run Family Funeral Service.
Jahnet Wilks is an outstanding lady. Jahnet helped explain ever single detail when we asked question and made us feel so at ease and so comfortable through our sad time.

A W Lymn are extremely professional and there are no words to describe the empathy and care received from all staff members, especially Kevin and Neil, who
go above and beyond.
Hence the reason we have approached them for the 3rd time for their funeral services, in the loss of our family relatives.
