Professional but empathetic. Helpful but not intrusive. Couldn’t fault the company at all. Caz was particularly helpful in all aspects of arranging my late aunt’s funeral. She went above and beyond and I’m so pleased I decided to use Pearce’s as it felt as though they really cared. Thank you Pearce Funeral Services.

Stephanie at your office in Swindon was very professional and showed considerable thought and understanding. We would like to thank her for all her help. Raymond conducted the cremation ceremony in a very compassionate and professional manner which was much appreciated by the family.

Pearce Funeral Services are  the most kind, caring and understanding team, who guide you through the trials and tribulation of loosing a loved one with grace and compassion. 

Nothing is too much trouble for them and if something hasn’t been done before, it  doesn’t mean it can’t be done, they will find a way! 

We were shown support and kindness from the moment Mum was picked up from my home and this continued through the month leading up to Mum’s burial. 

Neil was always on hand to help at the Ermin Street branch, Dave and John were brilliant too! 

I can’t recommend the team at Pearce enough. Incredible service.

I live in Australia so dealing with my father's death was particularly challenging. John and Caz were phenomenal, they bent over backwards to help me through everything step by step even phoning me in Australia!

Outstanding is an understatement.
These people are the ultimate in care , compassion and understanding the needs of the family. The whole team are just fabulous. John is a awesome man. There's nothing they won't do to make you feel supported, and at ease that they are looking after your loved one.
They make the process so much easier and comfortable during a very sad time in your life. I can't thank John and his perfect team enough for making a very special day for my late uncle Tony. If there is one word for John and his team it's got to be profection.

We had amazing service from Pearce funeral directors from start to finish. Dave Neil, especially. My only concern was the first day trying to get hold of someone out of hours. There phone line wasn’t ringing and didn’t transfer to a mobile that you could leave a message on. Distressing to families after losing someone. Signal issues I was told with who was on call. Not helpful and think they will lose business from this if it had been anyone else. They just would’ve called somebody else to go out. We persisted with this because we had a funeral plan and wanted them to conduct the funeral for us. But I’m sure someone else would have just called another company. So please make sure you’re on call have signal where they live or use someone else for your on call duties. But like everything else they made us feel very welcome and looked after us as a family very well. I take my hat off to everything that they do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Caz and her team at Pearce Funeral Services were fantastic. Totally professional, sensitive, respectful and understanding during our sad time. 
We never felt rushed and they were so helpful in explaining everything we needed to know. With their help and Raymond’s input it enabled us to give my mother a wonderful send off. The price quoted was very reasonable and everything was clear and itemised for our information.
