Dear John and team - sending an enormous thank you for the wonderful support you provided following our recent bereavement. Your patience, professionalism and advice were invaluable and just what we needed as a family at such an upsetting time. Nothing was too much trouble as you looked after Dad with the utmost care and respect, and kept us in touch throughout.

I felt really proud on the day of his funeral - the hearse was so smart, with beautiful flowers, and all your help and arrangements at the church allowed us to honour Dad exactly as he would have wanted, without worrying about a thing.

For anyone experiencing the sad loss of a loved one, we would recommend your firm without hesitation. Thank you for everything, we are truly grateful.

Caz at Pearce Funeral Services has been excellent. She has been efficient and knowledgeable but more than that she has been kind and thoughtful. My mum and I appreciate the time and attention to detail that she has given us after the passing of my dear dad. The process of arranging my husband's funeral from start to finish has been flawless. I felt that he was in safe hands throughout and the attention to detail was amazing. Everything that I requested was carried out and nothing was too much trouble. Dave, in particular, I'd like to thank. I cannot thank Caz and her colleagues enough for the care and compassion they have shown Phil and our family from the first time we met her when she came to take Phil into their care, until his funeral yesterday at St Mary's in Lydiard Park. John Pearce and his entire team were incredibly compassionate and patient throughout the process of planning and coordinating my Dad's funeral. We discovered them through two separate personal recommendations. From the very first phone contact (on a Sunday!) we were supported in all our decisions in a timely manner but without pressure from their side. Communication was respectful and dignified at all times. John took time to come to our house twice before the funeral itself and talked us through the process in an unhurried manner, including offering advice outside their remit (location for the wake). They then coordinated everything in the background - every step was covered by either them or their partners (crematorium and civil celebrant). The civil celebrant they assigned to Dad's funeral was also wonderful and delivered an incredibly moving and also funny eulogy/tribute that resonated with everyone. The coffin and flowers were beautiful, and the entire team guided us sensitively through the funeral ceremony itself. We can thoroughly recommend Pearce Funeral Services.

Pearce Funeral Services are next to none. John was kind and understanding as was everyone else I came into contact with when organising my Fathers service. Pearce has helped my family for years regarding multiple services. I know family members who have specifically requested their services upon their passing. Their approach is clearly a labour of love and not of profit. I myself will likely leave instruction for the use of Pearce when the time comes. I could not recommend them enough.
