They were professional, compassionate and extremely helpful with all aspects of the service and arrangements. In what is undoubtedly, a very sad time, they guided us through the entire process. After our mother passed away, John Pearce and his team took care of all the necessary arrangements with considerable compassion and efficiency. From the first contact, we felt reassured that we were in good hands. John guided us through each step of the process with great kindness, always accommodating our needs and wishes, making us feel that nothing was too much trouble. We visited our mother at the chapel of rest and took great comfort from its peaceful and respectful setting . On the day of the funeral, John and his team were exceptional, making sure the service and burial proceeded in an unhurried and dignified manner. John even brought a box of rose petals to the graveside, an unexpected touch that we greatly appreciated. I cannot recommend John and his team highly enough; they provided professional, compassionate support at a difficult time.

Pearce funeral services were amazing. The support we received from Belinda and John throughout the whole process from the initial call right through to the day was incredible and overwhelming. As you can imagine organising funerals isn't an every day thing but I know that if Nan was here right now she would be proud of the send off that she did have and that is all down to Pearce. Belinda was also very helpful and informative when it came to letting us know about funding help which no other provider informed us about and they are very personal, empathetic and don't treat the funeral arrangements as another transaction which is much better than any other corporate funeral company. We would highly recommend Pearce Funeral to anyone!

I would highly recommend Pearce Funeral Services to care for your loved one when their time comes. Not only do they just look after your loved one, they also care for the family throughout the entire process and will continue to do so after the funeral.  Every person is professional and respectful and I personally wouldn’t use anyone else to entrust my loved one with.

Excellent service throughout the whole process. Very attentive throughout.

Have to praise all the  staff on the day. Carrying the coffin on the day was extremely tricky due to the weather. All the bearers did very well in trying conditions.

Nothing was too much trouble. From first discussions through to the funeral I knew I had support and I knew I could ask questions if I had any. John was very accommodating with making sure I had the correct design on the casket and very very patient. The staff at the funeral home were also accommodating, compassionate and extremely helpful when I visited mum and again nothing was too much trouble. They helped me through a range of emotions
ie nervous laughter to near enough hysteria and always answered any
questions or concerns I had. When I asked John a question about something I’d read on the internet and I was worried, he said to always ring and ask if I needed to know anything.  They also
supported my request to drive past one of my mums favourite haunts on the way to the crematorium. I felt reassured mum and I were in good hands and they were always very respectful of mum and I. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pearce Funeral Services.

Hi John Was just going to send you an email when I saw this in my inbox. Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the services you have provided myself and my family in respect of Dad. Nothing was too much trouble for you although you were always professional at all times you provided a service that was unique and individual to each one of us. It did not feel at any time that we were dealing with a company who just ticked all the appropriate boxes. You had each one of us at heart and adapted everything to our needs. I cannot  thank you enough. Dad had an excellent service and send off that brought out his character which was what we wanted. We have had excellent feedback from family and friends. Your personal service really stands out John please send our thanks to everyone within Pearce Funeral Services team. I know that Mum and Teresa will be coming in to see you later to settle up the financial side of things. Mum is already saying that she wants to take out funeral plan with you and we will arrange that later when she feels a bit stronger to tackle that. Thanks again Tina

Very patient and caring made sure I was comfortable and took time to help me plan the funeral. Even went on the computer and found where my mum's ashes were buried so my step father's ashes can be put beside my mum. Lovely caring staff and company would recommend them.

We contacted a number of funeral directors to gain an understanding of requirements and pricing, some were fairly rude; quite business oriented. John was happy to take the time to explain everything showing a great sense of understanding and empathy.

We chose John and his colleagues as they were extremely professional, informative and caring in their handling of our affairs at such a sensetive time.

John was a pleasure to work with and couldn't do enough for us in every aspect of his work.

We would recommend him should it be unfortunate enough that the situation occur.

Funerals aren't something you organise everyday, so we are so grateful that we selected John and his team to help and guide us through the process. We were surprised by the amount of time John allocated to our initial meeting, but on reflection, he teased out of us exactly what we and my late father wanted. The result was a beautiful service that did my father proud, and so many of our friends and family commented on this. Thank-you John for helping us through this difficult period, and for taking away the pain of this whole process.
