Thanks to David and rest of the team who were superbly supportive and provided excellent service for our fathers funeral, having done our mothers funeral six years beforehand. Dave was there to provide excellent advice and supportive in all aspects and stages of the funeral process from the initial meeting we had to discuss funeral plans right through to the funeral day itself. The whole funeral was done excellently on the day!

Pearce's, Caz and John in particular were incredible from start to finish. Professional, discrete, supportive, completely on top of everything in fact, liaising directly with the church, florists and crematorium. This was a great comfort to us at such a difficult time. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend Pearce Funeral Services who have conducted the funerals for two members of my family within the past year (summer and winter 2023). Pearce Funeral Services are professional, polite, kind and compassionate. I have nothing but praise for Caz, the funeral director, and John Pearce himself, both of whom were flawless in the service provided for what was a difficult and emotional time, especially so given the difficult circumstances of my sisters passing. Nothing was too much trouble and they worked tirelessly to provide the best possible service. I hope I have no need to plan a funeral in the near future, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to use Pearce Funeral Services and I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone who needs to plan a funeral. Thank you to Caz and everyone at Pearce Funeral Services for everything you have done for my family.

Pearce Funeral Services provided an exceptional service from the first phone call with Caz through to the committal of our dear son (brother/uncle). As a family we had not been through this process ourselves so close to home but Pearce Funeral Services guided us through the process with compassion and understanding and nothing was too much trouble.

During this sad time Pearce Funeral Services went at our pace which meant we were able to deal with our grief without feeling under any pressure to get things done. They always kept us informed along the journey so we knew what was happening and what to expect next which was a great relief for us.

Pearce look after everything from the beginning to the end. When we lost my uncle, it was so sudden we were all in shock and hadn't planned a funeral before. John came over and he was so kind and friendly. He let us cry, laugh, shout, reminisce and ask as many questions as we needed. He confirmed that they would do anything we needed and that everything didn't have to be done straight away and we had time to process and think. What I particularly liked was the fact he spoke to the youngest member of the family directly and explained things to her slowly and throughly and said that everything could be her pace. We had gentle reminders for deadlines through email and phone and to check in on us. Caz was absolutely fantastic, kind, friendly, supportive, gentle and she cared. We as a family were never rushed for anything at all throughout. On the day of the funeral Caz stood in a carpark holding a speaker with my uncles favourite song (this was a way she found to complete our wishes) with a possession of cars behind, and her empathy was outstanding, it was like she had known him. Pearce knew the grief we were going through, and it was almost like they joined our family for the process and couldn't do enough for us. They carried out every single wish we had and nothing was too much trouble. I honestly couldn't recommend Pearce enough, the empathy they show is outstanding and I will always be grateful for them for not only looking after my uncle but for looking after my whole family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I can't thank Pearce Funeral Services enough. The service for my wonderful father was beautiful and everything was just as I had hoped it would be.

Stephanie was wonderful and I had every confidence that she had everything organised and under control.

She introduced me to an amazing celebrant who captured Dad's personality and character to a tee in the eulogy.

It was a lovely way to say goodbye.

The wake was also uplifting with many friends and family sharing fun memories of Dad in “his day”.

He would have been delighted.

Thank you again for everything. Your care and professionalism made a difficult day much easier to bear.
