John and his team are so compassionate, understanding and nothing is ever to much trouble, they arranged my dads funeral in 2022 and have just arranged my mums in Aug26 
The care they gave both my parents and the empathy they showed my family is outstanding. Caz was our funeral  arranger for my mum and she is simply amazing she made a very difficult time easier just listening and reassuring and that nothing was impossible, thank you all so much

The service was excellent. Mum had a funeral plan in place for many years. The director John was very understanding and listened to mums wishes along with the family. The celebrate Rob came to the home and listened to her life story. This was reflected throughout the service.

We were very happy with all the pre-funeral arrangements but there was a slight issue on the day of funeral when the delay in arriving at the crematorium caused unnecessary anxiety.

From start to finish Pearces were fantastic. I had given them the heads up that my mum was on final stages, they had all the details. When she died we just called them and they sorted it out from there. Each step was done with the utmost respect and dignity. They seemed to be at the end of the phone whenever we needed them, and were so helpful as we didn’t know what we were supposed to be doing. Caz was fantastic though out, guided us and helped us with the service/flowers/ celebrant everything! She looked absolutely fantastic one the day of the funeral, kitted out beautifully……it was everything we wanted for my mum, I can’t recommend them enough. They really were great especially at the time you need them

From the start of preparations John was warm, friendly and professional. He gave us all the information we needed. He was also kind enough to meet our requests in that there would be no cut flowers but rather a lego arrangement of flowers (a first for him!). Communcation was good, checking in with us at all stages. The day of the funeral went smoothly with everything we asked for in place. John looked after us wonderfully well - thank you :)

John has been a friend to me and the family for many years now, and has undertaken funerals of family members in the recent past. On Monday 8th June 2026 we laid my father to rest undertaken by john and his excellent team.
