I have recently used Pearce Funeral Directors for my late husband Richards funeral. John and his team, were highly professional and experienced and showed such care. My husband Richard was handled with the highest standard of care and dignity which was such a comfort to me. On the day of his funeral the entire team worked together showing empathy and respect  throughout the day. 
I would like to say a massive thank to John who has been a constant support to me and nothing was too much trouble. You were my rock from day one to the end. Thank you for giving such a perfect service at the most difficult time of my life. You are all amazing!

I was also so touched by one of the members of Pearce's as he collected my husband . John Pearce and his team committed to managing the burial of my late husband. From the start I found John particularly supportive and respectful, willing to carry every detail for honouring my husband and serving my family. Above that he was compassionate and understanding to embrace our physical, emotional and spiritual needs. He spoke kindly on how to help our grandchildren which enhanced their understand of the passing of their loved grandpapa into a better place. They could look with hope during the burial service and joined in with renewed intensity. That was a joy to me as their grandmother. 
The other outstanding feature of this particular undertaker is his attention to detail. He gently prompted me of all the possibilities that I might need to consider bringing the final event into a seamlessly beautiful burial of my loved one. From preparing the coffin to visit in the chapel of rest, to the lovely flowers on the coffin, to the petals scattered on the grave, through gathering a really professional team of coffin bearers who brought a hidden presence of support and respect throughout. Punctual and caring with a kind demeanour, John truly undertook for us. My family and I are most thankful and can recommend this very personal and professional company.

I can honestly not think of the words to rate Pearce Funeral Services highly enough. From the very first contact they have been kind, caring, patient and supportive in the face of our grief.
I felt my son was cared for and respected in a way that eased our distress.
All aspects of the process were clearly explained and nothing was too much trouble and no question was left unanswered.
I wouldn’t wish my situation on anyone but should you sadly lose a loved one then I wouldn’t hesitate recommending John Pearce and his team because you will feel the burden of your sad time lifted from your shoulders.
