Dave and the team were so kind and supportive throughout the all of the funeral arrangements and the funeral itself. Nothing was too much trouble. Their time and kindness helped through an incredibly difficult time. They were also great at making sure I kept on track to ensure the funeral itself was everything we wanted. I can't thank them enough for all of their help and support.

Pearce Services were excellent. Caz was amazing and supported me through everything she was extremely professional, with a lovely manner that immediately gave me confidence that my son was in good hands. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I am extremely grateful to her. The funeral went smoothly with Caz handling everything with utmost dignity and respect. I would definitely recommend Pearce services to anyone in the future.

We arrived at Pearce Funeral Directors after already another selecting another funeral service that we became uncomfortable with.

Our transfer to Pearce was made seamlessly easy as John took over and ensured our preferred dates for the service were secured.

This was the first time we had organised a funeral and John held our hands every step of the way and showed genuine compassion and concern in what is a very admin-intensive time.  There is so much to navigate in a short space of time whilst you are grieving and John shared much of his experience to prepare us and assist us.

The whole of his team are kind, compassionate, efficient, and extremely easy to talk to.

Their core values and ethics ensure a high standard of care with a strong focus on serving the family well. This ensured that we had the celebration of life for our cherished mum that she deserved and we needed.

We chose Pearce Funerals because of the excellent feedback we read. From day one we knew we had made the right choice. My mum passed away suddenly and unexpectedly in another county. John and his team guided us through every step of getting mum back home and then working with us to give mum the funeral she deserved. John is caring, gentle and professional in every aspect of his job. Kaz was lovely too as we shared chats and thoughts about nothing in particular. During the hardest time of my life, John and his team were a true comfort. They handled everything with such compassion and care, always checking in on me, not just with the arrangements but personally as well, they truly went above and beyond. Thank you for your support and guidance with the arrangements for Anne’s funeral. Being able to spend time in the Chapel of Rest with Anne was a private and peaceful experience for me. To be able to share our thoughts and love with Anne at this difficult time was a great comfort to us.

My husband Michael did not was the traditional Crematorium funeral with an following Wake. 
John Pearce was recommended to me by family connection and when I contacted him he was able to offer exactly the right, appropriate, private and unattended cremation which totally suited my husband’s wishes.
The service from John Pearce’s organisation was respectful and professional.
I cannot praise them too highly, nothing was too much trouble with he gently took guided me through the whole process.

We found that choosing a funeral director to be quite daunting. It was the last thing we could for our dear mother and we wanted ensure that everything was carried out

We originally chose Pearce Funeral Services, because of their excellent reviews and also because they are local to where we live - its good to support local business.

We definitely made the right choice. They were excellent from the very start, listening carefully to our wishes and providing the necessary guidance with compassion and professionalism. All of the specific requests that we made were taken into account and carried out just as we had asked.

The funeral went exactly as we had hoped and was a true celebration of my mother's life. John Pearce was exceptional, making sure that everything was taken care of efficiently and with empathy, giving my mother the send-off she deserved.
