The funeral we had for Terry
was lovely the personal bits we could not of asked for more The funeral Director Mr John Pearce got a tie with little red tractors on it as Terry loved tractors we were looked after very well we cant thank Mr Pearce and his staff enough for all there care they gave it was very .much appriciated by our son and myself

Nothing was too much trouble I am so glad I used them.
A mother's funeral is so stressful and Pearce Family Services took away a lot due to their dignity and caring attitude.

They truly are a wonderful organisation and independent establishment, who provided me with the highest level of support in the most compassionate way possible. I can honestly share that they were the very best organisation I could have possibly have asked for in the hardest of circumstances. Even with their calmest handling of a extremely delicate situation, they were so unbelievably kind and thoughtful. Without exception, everyone I spoke to at Pearce Funeral Services took the time to listen, gave sensible answers to my queries and took all the anxiety out of arranging the event. The loss of Tony had been a body blow and complications surrounding the Covid-19 lockdown had only exacerbated my anxiety. It was therefore so refreshing to discover that the top man, John Pearce, and his team rose to the occasion, marshalled their many talents and, on the day itself, demonstrated that Tony's diminutive funeral could be both meaningful and very beautiful. John and his team were outstanding! John was so polite, and sorted everything out for me and Mum's needs.
He was very organised, and on the day of the funeral, he made a sad day easier to bare.
Just to let us know constantly what was going on, and what we needed to do,
to put us at ease and never to feel anxious at all, due to how sad it was for us.

Contacting the office team, they were so good, polite, helpful, nothing seemed to be a problem, what ever I asked.

I have had such bad times, to lose the two special people in my life, within a year! I have had John take care of both of the services.

I would highly recommend John and his team to take care of your loved ones.

Right from the start you were so caring and respectful, especially with the really sensitive issues around covid.  This made the saddest time of our lives more bearable and we are extremely grateful.

I made an appointment with Bea what an amazing warm and loving lady. I chose a funeral for my beautiful mum. I wanted basic and I wanted natural. I asked that mum not be dressed with makeup as she never ever wore it. I wanted my mum carried by my sons into the church instead of the pallbearers as I knew she felt safe when she was with them. She played such an important role in their lives.

There was so much pain on her face in the last ten days of her life, so I did not know when I went to visit my mum in the chapel how I would be able to remove that image from my mind... When I looked at her I saw my mum sleeping just simply sleeping no pain, no dementia just a rested sleep with a content look on her face. she had a slight grin with her eyes gently shut. How just how they managed to get her to look at so much peace I am in awe.

We laid her to rest yesterday and it was by far the hardest day of my life. Pearces stepped in and supported me and my family. My four sons carried their beloved nan into the church and out of the church. Pearce's pallbearers talked them through what they needed to do and were by their side every step of the way. they were both reassuring and supportive the entire time.

what impresses me the most is when they took mum and the funeral was arranged they NEVER asked for any monies upfront. They put your loved one and the funeral first, there is no financial pressure to settle the bill immediately or give any money until your invoice comes through. They are so family-focused. I cannot fault them or their service..

I am hurting so bad right now and I know time will help to heal but right now I am broken. But I just had to make my experience with this amazing Funeral directors known.
