Having used Pearce Funerals just 5 short months ago for my mum, I had no hesitation in contacting them again to plan my dad's funeral just last week. John and his team are caring and compassionate right from the very first phone call. They listen carefully to your needs and accommodate accordingly, nothing is too much trouble. 

In a time when your head is a muddle they are calm and talk you through everything and offer advice. The aftercare does not stop on the day of the funeral either. I cannot thank Pearce Funeral Service enough for the care, kindness, and professionalism they showed after my mum passed away from cancer. This was the first funeral I have ever had to organise, and naturally I felt overwhelmed, but they made what could have been an incredibly daunting process feel supported and manageable every step of the way.




From our very first meeting, the team were warm, considerate, and genuinely compassionate. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed throughout, and made sure no question ever felt too small. Their communication was excellent, and I always felt reassured that everything was in safe hands.




Caz, in particular, was absolutely spectacular. Her empathy, patience, and attention to detail went above and beyond, and it truly made a difference during such a difficult time. She struck that perfect balance of professionalism and heartfelt care, and I will always be grateful for how supported she made me feel.




On the day itself and in the follow-up afterwards, the team continued to be courteous, respectful, and impeccably organised. They honoured my mum with dignity and ensured everything ran smoothly, which allowed me and my family to focus on remembering her.
