Amie and the team have looked after my family and I at the hardest of times, understanding under difficult circumstances, how important it was to us that everyone remember our dear uncle as he deserved to be remembered.
From the first call, right through to Jenny's sensitive and thoughtful service we have been helped through with care and compassion. Amie has been with us every step of the way, guiding and advising and always listening.
We cannot speak highly enough of the whole team. Unfortunately this is the second time in the last year we have had to use their services and we could not be more grateful, again, for their care.

Amie and the team at Jackson Family Funerals were so wonderful and guided us through the process of organising Mum's Funeral at a time when we were all in shock at her sudden passing and were grieving. 

The funeral service went beautifully and was handled exactly as Mum wished. It was such a comfort knowing that Amie would take care of everything with love and respect, and her extra little touches of kindness throughout the whole process meant so much to the family.


We highly recommend Amie and the Jackson Family Funerals team. Thank you for looking after Mum and our family so wonderfully.

Exceptional service from beginning to end.
Staff all so lovely, kind, and professional.
We had to do very little, as they walked us through everything, and matched our requirements. Their attention to detail was amazing, with little things we would never have thought off.

From the first phone call to the end of the funeral service, we felt in safe hands. Amie made us feel very reassured that our requirements for our cousin's funeral would be met; i.e. the choice of crematorium, celebrant, flowers, music, etc. All went very smoothly and respectfully on the day.
