Tracey & Amie from Jacksons showed such compassion, support, professionalism and yet retained their senses of humour. In such an awful time they offered comfort and dealt with the details and asked sensitive questions in a way that showed they really cared. I would obviously have preferred not to have engaged their services at all but so glad that dad had the foresight before he passed to reach out to Jacksons and Tracey when he was first diagnosed. We were able to contact them and they had knowledge of my dad in better times and were able to offer a personal touch. Thank you to all of the team but especially Amie & Tracey for their kindness.
