They were very helpful, reliable and trustworthy, making the funeral and associated arrangements straightforward and as stress-free as it could be, even with COVID restrictions. The whole process was managed calmly, professionally and with compassion and care. From the moment Tracey met with our terminally ill sister, our sister’s mind was put at ease. Tracey listened to what she wanted for her funeral and worked hard to bring it about. The funeral took place as advice about social distancing first emerged. This made things difficult but again Tracey responded to the changes required and ensured things went as well as they could under the circumstances.
