I can not thank and recommend Jackson Family Funeral directors enough. From what was a very difficult and emotional time they guided me through everything. We had the perfect send off for my father thanks to Rachel's help and guidance throughout , so professional and sensitive , nothing was too much trouble . They helped make it completely personal and unique to my dad . The whole team on the day were amazing and organised everything . Absolutely amazing. From what you feel is an impossible situation with overwhelming emotions they helped and supported me through the whole process.

We had two two very close members of family die within months of one another. The care and attention provided by Jackson Family Funerals at Malvern was, in a word, perfect. I felt well looked after and listened to, which is so important when someone you love has died. Amie and her team were outstanding. They were always sympathetic and professional. Amie helped me throughout the arrangments of my sister's funeral, responding very quickly to questions and providing much needed reassurance. On the day itself, everything was just perfect. I should like to say a special thank you to Amie who was so kind, and led us through both services. She made extremely difficult days much easier to manage. Jackson Family Funeral Directors was an excellent choice to take care of my husband’s funeral last week.  They were so supportive throughout and took away a lot of the stress of organising a funeral at such a difficult time. Amie came to our home shortly after my husband had died and took us through the procedure and what we would need to decide.  She helped us not only with all the arrangements but also had the Orders of Service printed and provided our choice of flowers. She was always there for us if we had queries. The funeral itself went beautifully and the arrangements for the crematorium the following day were all in place. Once we had chosen the music, we only had to get there and everything was ready for us - so important when our thoughts were elsewhere. All the staff involved were very professional but also very pleasant. I can’t recommend Jackson’s enough.
