My father [past away at home at 01.06 new years eve. Your staff who collected my father were very caring and respectful and explained what would happen going forward.

Ami was in charge of our funeral arrangement and could not have been more lovely. When you can even laugh in these situations you know you are being treated with the upmost care.

We chose a direct cremation and Jacksons prepared my father and we were able to have a private funeral in their chapel of rest. They even let me take my black Labrabor. A beautiful room was provided with music of our choice and we were allowed to take as much time as we needed.

Thank you so much for the professional and friendly way you treated not only my father but our whole family.

From our family's experience, we cannot fault the service received from this Company. From the original, on-call, call out team of Staff who attended on the first day to the final day, the service received was excellent. A particular mention must go to Amie, for whom nothing was ever too much trouble and who was professional, patient and unfailingly kind and thoughtful throughout.

Amie and the team were absolutely brilliant. They were empathetic, caring and took time to pro-actively research Hindu customs and rituals. The Professionalism and Care Jacksons afforded my dear mum was second to none. From the moment they picked her up to the day we said goodbye, Jacksons really cared about us as a family. We didn't have to worry about a thing during our grief. Amie particularly ensured we were kept informed and supported throughout the whole process. She was kind and caring and really understood our loved one as a person who was loved. We would absolutely recommend Jacksons should you need a funeral directors. The word thank you does not seem enough to this fabulous company.
