We spoke to a few funeral directors in Herefordshire, but from the moment we met Rachel at Jackson Family Funeral Directors, we knew we were in the right hands. She immediately put us at ease, answered every question, and treated the process with genuine care and empathy. It never felt like a transaction – it mattered to her as much as it did to us. Nothing was too much trouble.

Rachel took care of every detail and gently guided us through anything we needed to handle ourselves. Thanks to her, we were able to focus on what truly mattered – the eulogies, the music, the friends and family – and give Mum the celebration of life she would have wanted.

I’d never organised a funeral before – and thanks to Rachel & the team at Jackson Family Funeral Directors, I still haven’t.

It's been over 3 years since I was first asked to leave a review for Aimee and her team who took care of my mum's funeral. They did such a good job that I just had to come back and complete this form, but the main reason for my hesitation was I didn't want to rate my mum's funeral like an eBay Purchase *genuine undertaker, well packaged, would recommend. 5 stars!"

So.....I was so touched at the time by Aimee's attention to detail and genuine warmth as I worked with her to arrange the send off. I was personally grateful for her help and guidance and all the family commented on what they saw as a perfect job. I can't recommend them highly enough, but hopefully I won't have to use them again for some time.....

"Excellent" is not enough. We had little time to arrange my mum's funeral and after Amie's can-do attitude on our initial call, we knew we were in good hands. In spite of her car accident soon after our first contact Rachele was superb and was very attentive to everything I asked for and came up with some great "ideas" of her own. We cannot praise Amie and her team highly enough.  From the start, they showed care and compassion.  They guided us through this difficult time with insight and professionalism. Every detail was thought of and anticipated.  On the day before the funeral, I was able to relax, knowing that we were in very capable hands.  The celebrant was inspirational in helping us put together a lovely service.  The flowers were beautiful, vehicles were immaculate and the team were caring and very smartly dressed.  We received compliments from those attending for Jackson Family Funeral Directors and would certainly recommend them to anyone going through the bereavement process.

We cannot thank Rachele and her amazing team enough for their kindness, compassion and professionalism for looking after my mum, and the funeral arrangements to be honest I don’t know how we would have got through it without them.
