When a loved one dies in these extraordinary times you need to feel supported and be able to trust the people who look after your loved one and have their best interests at heart. I can wholeheartedly say that the funeral director at Jackson's in Malvern, Tracy, went above and beyond to support me whilst organising Mum's cremation ceremony. Yes she is part of a team and those members of the team that I met were all very kind but it was Tracy who followed every fine detail through, who listened and gave great advice when we had to make hard decisions due to Lockdown. I highly recommend Tracy as a true professional but more than that she is that person who will go the extra distance and for that we are truly grateful.

Really could not have asked for more. Tracey was fantastic from the very start making everything as smooth as possible. She listened and took on everything we requested to give our father the service he would have liked. They seemed to genuinely care for what we wanted. Would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone. Jenny the celebrate was also great, the poems and tribute that she put together were so touching.

The service and support provided by Tracey and colleagues was excellent!  Tracey had provided exactly the same for us when my father passed away 3 years ago and so it was an obvious choice for us to choose her to look after my mother.  She and her colleagues guided us through the difficult time and were there whenever we needed them.  We could not ask for more.

Tracey and Simon delivered exactly what we asked of them . They listened carefully to our requests and assumed nothing. They responded to questions whether via telephone or email instantly. Tracey was an absolute delight to deal with. She had genuine compassion and respect. She created exactly the environment we sort on the day and was a reassuring presence being able to answer any last minute questions we may have posed.

Tracey was fab! She supported all of us the whole way through and couldnt do enough to help us. She took part of the stress away from us and looked after our dad amazingly. She also did all she could to help keep the cost down.

Tracey (at the Malvern Wells branch) made me feel at ease from the very first phone call.

I've never arranged a funeral before so she guided us through every step of the way with no pressure to spend more money. Tracey is an extremely empathetic person who was so easy going and understanding at such a difficult time for my family and I; she always took the time to explain things whilst also making time for friendly chat.

The team were friendly and presentable on the day of the ceremony. It was such a lovely send off for our Mum and I'm glad we chose a local independent company to arrange everything. They genuinely had our best interests at heart and treated our Mum with dignity and respect.

Tracey really does love her job and went that extra mile to organise our Mum's final journey. Thank you so much

We were guided through the process at every stage including after the funeral in a helpful and compassionate way.  Nothing was too much trouble.
