Having lost my dear Dad unexpectedly, Amie and the team looked after me impeccably from the first telephone call to the day of the cremation. Having never had to deal with arranging a funeral she supported me every step of the way.

Thank you to Jackson Family Funeral Directors for arranging and conducting my late brother's funeral so efficiently and compassionately.  From the outset, the kindly and understanding way in which Amie offered sympathy, advice and guidance together with numerous suggestions beforehand as to the way in which the non-religious occasion could take place was hugely appreciated.  On the day the whole event took place faultlessly and with just the right amount of reverence and dignity being shown by Amie and her staff, as well as in the way the Celebrant, Tracy Fellows, delivered the tribute.  Afterwards many of the mourners commented very favourably on the appropriateness of the format and the arrangements that had been made.  Thank you again for all the help and support given to me and my husband at what was a very difficult and challenging time.

Amie was brilliant, and showed us great empathy, care and kindness whilst guiding us through the process. Mum didn’t want a service, and Amie and her team were able to be responsive to our requirements, and helped us organise an informal cremation that Mum would have wanted. Thank you.

Tracey & Amie from Jacksons showed such compassion, support, professionalism and yet retained their senses of humour. In such an awful time they offered comfort and dealt with the details and asked sensitive questions in a way that showed they really cared.
I would obviously have preferred not to have engaged their services at all but so glad that dad had the foresight before he passed to reach out to Jacksons and Tracey when he was first diagnosed. We were able to contact them and they had knowledge of my dad in better times and were able to offer a personal touch.

They are always at the end of the phone and keep you updated throughout with arrangements during such an emotional time. They took great care of my dad which gave all the family comfort. Both Tracey and Amie instantly put my mother and I at ease at one of the most difficult times in our lives. They listened to our thoughts and  so that the funeral was so much more than we could have hoped for.
