Absolutely fantastic service from Rachele and Michele ( celebrant) and the crew at Malvern. So very helpful at an immensely difficult time for someone taken suddenly and way too soon. They led me and my boys through the process at our pace, and were there 24/7. All traditional processes carried out; she paiged, we carried the coffin, and utter respect to both the deceased and us. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The service provided was excellent from start to finish. Professional but friendly and approachable. Very accommodating of every request, including fitting in with our schedule. Organisation was fantastic. At all times we were allowed to make informed choices with no judgement or pressure. Jackson Family Funeral Undertakers were absolutely brilliant after the passing of my Mum. Incredible attention to detail, great communication, lovely Mercedes cars (my Mum always used to say she loved having a lift in Mercedes cars!), beautiful flowers... the list goes on. For a naturally upsetting and emotional time for my family they were very supportive and professional. A special mention to Rachele who was just brilliant. We had the perfect send off for my father thanks to Rachel's help and guidance throughout , so professional and sensitive , nothing was too much trouble . They helped make it completely personal and unique to my dad . The whole team on the day were amazing and organised everything . Absolutely amazing.
