All of our family are very grateful for the compassion and care you took from the very first moment you collected Jim from his home until the point he was laid to rest at Bretby. You and your team were superb and he could not have been looked after better. The manner in which you arrived at his home for his final journey was so moving and every member of the team were so professional, reminding us of a military operation. Dressed impeccably and so caring, I could not think of a better team to trust with the care of my loved ones in their final journey on this earth. The service you receive from Tim and his team is simply perfect. This is the second parental loss in the space of 5 months and Tim went out of his way to be there for us. The added touches that only this team can bring made it even more special. I personally was made to feel safe, understood and heard, with a touch of appropriate humour added in. Actually makes me quite emotional to write this as sometimes words are not enough.
