When a family suffers a bereavement, the immediate chaos and trauma dulls most senses.
Having experienced this very recently, we are so grateful for being directed to TJ Parry and family.
The suddenly passing of my Mum necessitated collection from home and the care, dignity and respect shown by the team could not be faulted.
Most importantly, we were gently guided through each stage with genuine compassion and kindness.
All our fears and anxieties were dealt with as they presented themselves by Tim and his team.
If a funeral could be described as, "Perfect", in every respect, Tim ensured that this was indeed the case, despite the complex arrangements that were necessary due to our location and the final burial place.
Tim and team, our family cannot thank you all enough for the professional care, commitment, support and respect shown throughout.
The accolades you have achieved are truly deserved.

TJ Parry was recommended by a friend. From my initial enquiry and through the whole process the service was excellent. Every member of the team was professional, compassionate and helpful. Tim guided me through the options, answered all my queries and helped me ensure our final goodbye to my Mum was right for her and our family and friends. All of our family are very grateful for the compassion and care you took from the very first moment you collected Jim from his home until the point he was laid to rest at Bretby. You and your team were superb and he could not have been looked after better. The manner in which you arrived at his home for his final journey was so moving and every member of the team were so professional, reminding us of a military operation. Dressed impeccably and so caring, I could not think of a better team to trust with the care of my loved ones in their final journey on this earth. The service you receive from Tim and his team is simply perfect. This is the second parental loss in the space of 5 months and Tim went out of his way to be there for us. The added touches that only this team can bring made it even more special. I personally was made to feel safe, understood and heard, with a touch of appropriate humour added in. Actually makes me quite emotional to write this as sometimes words are not enough.

I cannot thank Tim and his team enough for the way they have treated myself and my sister in the passing of our older sister Sue. This is the second time we’ve used Parry’s and all I can say is exceptional! From start to finish Tim was there to guide us through everything and being sensitive at the same time. Nothing was too much much trouble and I am very grateful for that. The day went beautifully and even the sun came out! Tim and his team should take credit for what they do, as he has made the last 4 weeks a lot easier for my family.
