From collecting my ‘Tim’ to his actual funeral , Tim and his team were brilliant. Their care, compassion, professionalism and personal touches throughout were much appreciated and I cannot express my gratitude enough . Everything ran very smoothly and the team all looked immaculate. Thanks also to Clay , their therapy dog who  provided his own brand of comfort .

At every step of the way, Tim and his team dealt with my family with kindness and professionalism. Every detail was taken care of to make the funeral event run smoothly and without stress. Sadly my youngest son passed at the age of 26 years. I chose Tim and his team due to the high recommendations I had received. Tim and his team were so professional, compassionate and empathetic. They helped me through a very difficult time. Everything was done with complete dignity and amazing support. Nothing was too much trouble for them. There are not enough words to express my thanks to them. They made a very difficult day for my family more bearable with their conduct, respect and support. T J Parry went the extra mile for our passed loved one. We could go and see our loved one as many times as we wanted and were very accommodating. The funeral service was so beautiful. Tim walked us through everything and supported us through it all. We are beyond greatful for everything Tim and the staff did for our loved one and us.

I cannot praise Parry’s enough. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They collected our dear son from London and despite me changing from a cremation to burial, nothing was too much trouble. All was handled with dignity and care. This sadly is our second time of using them and each time they have displayed the same professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

From my initial phone call to Tim, I was shown empathy and compassion. I called Tim with questions regarding planning a funeral before my dad had passed away , as his death was expected . Tim was available to answer any questions and gave me good advice on what to do when the time came the I required his services. Myself and my brother visited Tim’s premises when the time came, which is a beautiful, calm environment . We were very well looked after, and Tim was clear and empathic when discussing the process. Some of my dad’s wishes were logistically not practical , and Tim was able to respectfully guide us with ideas and solutions to ensure we could stick to our dad’s plan as close as we could. Many attendees also complimented Tim to myself and my brother around his professionalism
And the dignified service he delivered . The team based in the premises were all lovely, kind and respectful, & always available to answer questions and help with queries. 
Tim’s limousine Chauffuers were kind and respectful and made the journey easier to cope with. There were many smaller details that made a huge impact on the day such as the funeral signs which go in the cars whilst on the final journey.  The tissues which were also available in the cars , and the little memory cards we received at the end of the funeral. A Huge thank you to Tim & all of his team for making a very difficult time, much easier to cope with.
