Michael and his team were amazing throughout. Michael lead the funeral of my late father inlaw and all of his wishes were met. Not only were they met the time frame was quite quick due to personal circumstances. Michael delivered. He was kind compassionate and understanding. We cannot thank Chris (W.E. Pinder) enough for the care, professionalism and kindness he showed following the loss of our sister, Wendy.
From our very first meeting, Chris took all the time we needed. He listened carefully to our wishes, answered every question with patience, and guided us through a difficult period with compassion and understanding. Throughout the weeks leading up to the funeral, he remained personally involved and always made us feel that nothing was too much trouble.
What impressed us most was his attention to detail. Chris not only understood what we wanted, but ensured that every aspect of the funeral reflected our wishes exactly. On the day itself, everything was carried out flawlessly and with great dignity. The service was fully in accordance with our expectations, right down to the smallest details.

I cannot speak highly enough for W.E. Pinder. This is the third family funeral organised and delivered by this firm and the service has been consistently first rate. They genuinely engage with bereaved families and make the whole process of planning a funeral very simple. On the day, they deliver their service with great skill, compassion and understanding. They are not pushy and always put the bereaved first.

I have known the Pinder family since 1971. I arrived in Thorne at that time as the Detective Sergeant so I came into contact with the Pinder’s because of the job I was in. Their reputation as a caring family of Funeral Undertakers was well established. Jane and I selected this family to be our preferred undertakers should we require their services. That was one of the  best decisions we ever made. A loving, caring company. The Best of the Best.
