From start to finish John and his team were there to support me all the way through .my husbands funeral was indeed very big with around 800 guests and John was not phased .. went so smoothly couldn't have wish for better thank you also for the photo slide shows the celebrant Steve Casey and the guy who live streamed.and not forgetting John's team behind the scenes amazing

wanted to write to express my heartfelt thanks to Michael for the kindness, compassion and professionalism he showed to me, my wife, my dad and the whole family in arranging and conducting Mum’s funeral.
At what was an incredibly difficult and emotional time for us all, he handled everything with such care and sensitivity. He were extremely professional throughout, but what meant so much to us was the pastoral heart he brought to everything he did.
He made us feel that Mum’s funeral mattered to him personally, and that we were not simply another family going through the funeral process. His calm, compassionate and reassuring manner gave us great comfort at a very difficult time.
Please would you also pass on our thanks to everyone at Pinders Funeral Service who helped behind the scenes. We are very grateful for all that you did to give Mum the dignified and loving farewell she deserved.

I cannot recommend W E Pinder enough.

My Mum had previously asked that I make sure that they dealt with her funeral as they had previously arranged my Dad's.

I had no idea what to do to arranged a funeral but from my first call to Tom I felt reassured, He was understanding, friendly, knowledgeable & supportive.

We visited the office, which is really lovely, to discuss arrangements. My mum hasn't told anyone what she wanted for her funeral so it was very difficult but Tom used my Dad's funeral plan to help us to extract bits that my Mum would have chosen. It was a stroke of genius & really helped.

The funeral itself was perfect. WE Pinders arrived on time in immaculately clean cars and made sure everything went smoothly the whole way through.

Tom answered every single one of my many questions straight away, with helpful suggestions or details on options that might be available. He even sourced a courier company to export my mums ashes.

If you're looking for an honest, reliable, professional & friendly service, I cannot recommend W E Pinders highly enough. Thanks so much for all your help

We can’t thank Tom and the entire team enough for everything they did for our dad’s funeral.

Tom knew my dad personally, and when the time came, he chose to look after dad’s funeral himself. He treated dad with genuine care, dignity and respect, and supported us with incredible compassion every step of the way.

Everything was handled so professionally, but also in such a personal way. It was a beautiful celebration of his life and gave us great comfort knowing he was in such caring hands.

Michael and his team were amazing throughout. Michael lead the funeral of my late father inlaw and all of his wishes were met.
