I have known the Pinder family since 1971. I arrived in Thorne at that time as the Detective Sergeant so I came into contact with the Pinder’s because of the job I was in. Their reputation as a caring family of Funeral Undertakers was well established. Jane and I selected this family to be our preferred undertakers should we require their services. That was one of the  best decisions we ever made. A loving, caring company. The Best of the Best.

Jacqui was so very kind, helpful and reassuring organising Mum’s funeral, as was John a couple of years ago with my Dad. They always have time for you and make an extremely hard time much easier. 
Jacqui created a beautiful visual tribute for Mum which was absolutely perfect. Nothing was too much trouble.

Genuinely couldn't have asked for better customer care and service. From the minute we made the call to meeting with all the staff involved in Mum's funeral, it has been unbelievably easy to sort all that needed sorting. John has been perfect and so kind and helpful. Pinders could not do anymore than they have done,they are such a kind and caring team. They go above and beyond in times of need. Thankyou isn't enough to express our gratitude for their kindness and compassion during our sad loss.

From beginning to end the whole process was handled professionally and sensitively by John Pinder. At a time when families can't always think clearly, support is there and nothing was too much trouble. Every little detail was attended to. The Celebrant, Jen, who was recommended to us by WE Pinder was excellent, the flowers were beautiful and the planning of the wake was even taken care of by John. We cannot thank them all enough.

Excellent service from start to finish from all staff, but especially from John and Tom Pinder. 
I have used Pinder’s funeral service several times and they have been kind and respectful on each occasion. Nothing was too much trouble and the video of the service was of a very good quality. The flowers were lovely and a fitting tribute to Mum.
Throughout this sad process Mum and family were looked after by the Pinder team.

I would highly recommend WE Pinder and Son Ltd if you are looking for a professional and caring funeral company. From start to finish they were very supportive, informative and empathetic. All the staff who were involved including the funeral director and celebrant were respectful and approachable at this very sensitive and upsetting time.
We particularly loved the slide show in memory of my mum and the happy memories it evoked.
