Shayne Was the ultimate professional from beginning to end. He was gentle, considerate and very patient throughout the process of arranging Mum’s cremation. He offered useful advice and added a sprinkle of well placed humour when he gauged that the company was receptive. I feel very fortunate to have chosen his services and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. The whole process was stress free and reliable

I would recommend Shayne Stork's funeral services unreservedly.

In my dealings with Shayne, he was practical, informative and efficient, whilst calm and sensitive, and either himself or one of his colleagues always made themselves available to answer queries, and responded in a timely manner. His assistance and guidance in navigating us through making arrangements and related decisions was invaluable, following the premature death of my wife and in consequently distressing circumstances. This included making sound, considered recommendations in terms of our Celebrant (Humanist Rachel Narkiewicz who was excellent), and options for the service, which we chose to hold at the wonderful tranquil woodland setting at GreenAcres, Colney Wood. We are very grateful to all parties involved.

Shayne Stork – utterly professional, caring, no amount of personal detail requested, was too much for him. Delivered everything that is needed for the funeral and exactly what I wanted. Truly an independent service.
Treated Dad and ourselves with the utmost respect, courtesy and dignity.
We received so many comments after the funeral, all saying what a perfectly delivered funeral, it was. I naturally agreed and could not have asked for more.

I can't rate Shayne and his family highly enough for their help and kindness following my father's sudden death. Shayne offered advice and support which made me feel more at ease during the most traumatic time. The level of care and attention to detail was second to none, he even facilitated the use of his own personal landrover for my dad's final journey and despite being a little behind schedule (my fault, not his) he still carefully took the time to privately play a special voice message to grandad from my little one.
The day was beautiful and encapsulated who my Dad was perfectly. Thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart.
I hope we don't need your services again for a very long time, of course, but I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. And when the time comes there is nobody else I would want to look after me and my family with your gentle, calm nature providing respect and dignity when we need it most.

Shayne and his team provided such a loving and personal service. It was a great mix of respect and lightness that made a difficult job much easier.

Shayne had previously supported us with my dad's funeral in 2019. I remember making appointments with two funeral directors but, once we had met Shayne, we immediately cancelled the other appointment as we knew we were in the right place. Our experiences from that point continued to reassure us that we made the right decision.
