We cannot recommend Shayne highly enough for his care in dealing with the arrangements for our Mum's funeral.
His compassion, caring and understanding reassured us that Mum was in good hands and being dealt with with dignity.
His professionalism on the day made the funeral much easier to deal with and he guided us through the process.
Shayne was there to speak with whenever needed.
Thank you so much for everything. You are a kind, genuine , caring guy and we couldn't have wished for anything better for Jo.

It was a difficult time and they could not have been kinder or more patient, especially with my sister. The day turned out to be very well organised and very stress free. All who came found it a very wonderful celebration of life of an elderly lady who died aged 91. I would like Shane Stork to do my own funeral, when the time comes - this is intended to be a great compliment to him and his staff.

As a family we knew, as soon as we met Shayne, that we wanted him to support us with Dad's funeral. He explained things clearly, supported us every step of the way and even laughed with us when those moments arose.  On the day he gave us the space we needed,whilst always being just close enough if or when we needed him. From the first time we met with Shayne we could tell that he truly cared about the service he provides bereaved families with.He made us feel at ease and was so caring and friendly.A few days later we met Helena and she made us feel exactly the same by making sure mum had exactly what we knew she would have wanted.Shayne and all his staff gave our mum the most beautiful service that she really deserved and we thank them for this from the bottom of our hearts.Also, the care and time they gave us in the time between mums passing and her funeral was amazing.Always there for us at any time and they are still there for us now.We can't thank them enough.

Without a doubt, Shayne and his team have provided the best possible service. He also conducted the arrangements for my fathers funeral several years ago, with the same empathy, sympathy, courteousness and complete satisfaction.

Shayne provides such a good service that our family has adopted his company as our family funeral provider and I personally would not want anyone else to conduct my funeral arrangements.

This was the wrost time in my life but elena and Shane, were truely amazing knowing that my beuiful friend had these kind people looking after her made it better. elena spent time talking to me and she didn't have to do this, she really helped me,and when I called I didn't know what to expect but Shane was really nice and said I could come down spend time with my friend

Could not praise Shayne enough for his help and guidance with my dad’s funeral. He was very understanding and nothing was too much trouble, what ever time of day. My two daughters got to see their grandad in the chapel of rest and say their goodbyes. Commenting he looked like he would just sit up, Shayne felt this was a complement to his work. I would certainly recommend him as he was recommended to us. It is a very upsetting and difficult time and you want to get things right, this was made possible by his understanding and compassion as well as professionalism. Thanks from Colin’s family.
