Shayne is a wonderful person, he made me feel calm and supported. He goes above and beyond and nothing is to much trouble. Everything was looked after in a respectful and caring approach. Shayne is a very honest and caring person and I felt like the whole situation and event was safe in his hands. Would definately recomend!

My mother was given the upmost dignity & respect &her last wishes met.

At a very emotional time Shayne was very patient and caring and when we (my niece and I) went to visit Michael at the chapel everything was very relaxed.
Michael just looked as he did when going to a Masonic meeting, dressed very smartly.
The square and compasses on the coffin was a very fitting tribute.

Where do I start?
I found Shayne Stork and his team excellent in all ways. He was very helpful and caring in arranging the funeral services for my late husband, even going as far as joining the family in wearing Norwich city face masks and ties as Noel was an avid supporter of the city.
Everything ran smoothly from the time my husband passed away to the actual service.
We had pre-booked the funeral services beforehand which helped a lot.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone 100 percent.

There will never be enough words to say how thankful and grateful I am to Shayne and all his team. From the moment James was is his care I felt at ease and I knew that he we would be well taken care of. Nothing that I asked Shayne was too much trouble and I knew that what ever I asked I would get an honest answer. Another thing I will always be so grateful for was how amazing Shayne was with my daughter on the day of the funeral he made sure he communicated with her and made her feel included something I know means a lot to her. Planning James funeral was something I never imagined and was one of the hardest things I will ever have to do but Shayne went above and beyond and made the process so much easier he ensured that James had a send off that represented who he truly was. I just want to say a massive thank you to all the team but most of all Shayne who really is an amazing man who is so good at his job and has so much genuine care and compassion not only for the family but for James as well. So thank you so much for making one of the hardest things in my life just a little bit easier. Poppy

We left the organisation of Mum's funeral in Shayne's capable hands. From our first meeting with him we knew that we had made the right choice. We found him to be sympathetic and caring but also accommodating and flexible. He made a sad and stressful time much simpler and the funeral went very well. Mum would've been chuffed.
