Obviously loosing your dad is extremely difficult but the service from Shayne stork made the whole process so much easier. Couldn’t recommend their care and service enough. If anyone needs a funeral service to look after there loved ones I would highly recommend. I don’t look forward to loosing any more loved ones but knowing you’ll be in safe hands does help.

Shayne Stork Funeral Services recently arranged my husband's funeral & we can highly recommend them. From the start nothing was too much trouble.  Their care, compassion & professionalism made an incredibly day much easier to get through.

Denise was so lovely & friendly which put us at ease, so that we could make the necessary decisions. She guided us through the process, making sure at all times our wishes were met. She made all of the arrangements for us. Her attention to detail could not be faulted.  At no time was there any pressure put on us to sort things out quickly. 

On the day of the funeral apart for the very wet weather, which Shayne & his team coped with admirably, we were more than happy how smoothly things went. Thank you Shayne for making a sad day as stress free as possible.

We are very grateful to you all for caring for me, my family & my late husband.  We could not have chosen anyone better & wish to thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.

Have known shayne many years now, which is why I choose to use his services. Right from the start Denise made the first initial phone call caring and understanding, and from then onwards was supportive to all the family. Shayne was was amazing and managed to source two flags for my dads coffin within hours and looked after my dad so gently and caring right down to the day of the funeral he was there paging my dads hearse and offering his support. Shayne Stork conducted the funeral of my Son Steven, who died in Thailand.
It was not just the funeral that Shayne and his team had to conduct, it was receiving the coffin from Heathrow Airport, that arrived from Bangkok, waiting at the Customs Office at Heathrow and bringing Steven home to Norwich.
The whole operation, had to be handled with special care and professionalism.
When something tragic happened like this, we appreciated the service the Shayne Stork company provided.
Our son had so many friends throughout the world and Shayne arranged an online live video, to be viewed by those who were unable to attend.
At a time when a family is at a loss about what to do, it is reassuring to know that Shayne, Denise and Oliver are there for you.
