The service received was impeccable. Shayne is very professional and patient. All the staff know their job inside out and did everything possible to make sure we were informed and understood everything that was going to happen. Shayne was extremely helpful and courteous. We had to organise the funeral very quickly because of our impending return to the USA. Shayne used all of his contacts to get things done in time. Shane suggested a celebrant, Tanya, who was excellent and he also recommended a solicitor, Kim Simper who has done a great job so far.

Right from the first phone call to Shayne Stork notifying them of our Mother's death considering the phonecall was made at 11pm Christmas Night, Shayne was very prompt in answering the phone, He was very curtious, sympathetic and professional.
Funeral arrangements and the service was very personal and professional and Shayne remained informative right up to the end of the funeral. Would highly recommend well done the Stork family .
