Provided a very very good service. Made what was a very difficult time after the passing of dad that little bit easier. Couldn't speak highly enough of the service we received.

Shayne recently organised the funeral arrangements for my dad and we couldn't recommend him more highly. He runs a 24 hour family business so that at any time of day you can get in touch with him, Emma, Harry or his office staff. Shayne is efficient and organised, but also so sensitive and caring that he made a very difficult experience as agreeable as it could possibly be. He also enabled all the payments (flowers, wake, charity contributions, etc.) to be on one invoice which was, for us, a weight taken off our shoulders just when we needed it. When the hospital were taking a long time to produce the death certificate he contacted their bereavement office on our behalf and the result was immediate. So we recommend Shayne and his team as highly as possible and without any reservation whatsoever. Many, many thanks, Shayne. Richard, Dulcie, Patrick and Georgina Ogilvie.

Coppings were very caring and supportive at a time when I needed it most. They were very good at helping me to put together a service that I felt my wonderful late wife deserved. There was no pressure to have add-ons that I didn't need or ask for. On the day of the funeral they were very much in the background and the celebrant that they recommended to me and who led the service was absolutely brilliant. My family, friends and neighbours all commented that it was the most uplifting service that they had ever attended. They worked extremely well with Waveney Memorial Park and Crematorium which was chosen by my late wife for her final journey. Funerals can be expensive affairs we are told but I have to say that I had absolutely no complaints in this respect either. A local firm chosen for their proximity when I was in the depths of despair but thank goodness I found myself near them at a time when I needed somebody to quietly and unobtrusively give me the help I needed.
