The Sprowston Road funeral home has parking available for families arranging their loved one’s funeral in comfortable and reassuring surroundings, with a chapel of rest providing peaceful space to spend time saying goodbye. Shayne, supported by son Harry, is also happy to visit families at home, to discuss funeral arrangements according to families’ faith, personal choices or wishes.

Shayne and his family have made a difficult time much easier for my family. They have such a caring and compassionate way with families. Shayne and his family are very professional and nothing was too much trouble. Shayne was always contactable throughout the whole process. I can't rate Shayne and his family highly enough for their help and kindness following my father's sudden death. Shayne offered advice and support which made me feel more at ease during the most traumatic time. The level of care and attention to detail was second to none, he even facilitated the use of his own personal landrover for my dad's final journey and despite being a little behind schedule (my fault, not his) he still carefully took the time to privately play a special voice message to grandad from my little one. The day was beautiful and encapsulated who my Dad was perfectly. Thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart. I hope we don't need your services again for a very long time, of course, but I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone. And when the time comes there is nobody else I would want to look after me and my family with your gentle, calm nature providing respect and dignity when we need it most.
