I have been very pleased with the service we have received for my wife’s funeral. As she had been ill for a long time and knew the end was near, she had a view on what her funeral would be like. We explained this and also the views of myself and our grownup children to Shayne and he took us through everything that needed to be done to achieve this and then made sure it happened like that. The end result was a funeral that met all our expectations and was something she would have been proud of.

We cannot thank Shayne and his staff enough for the beautiful send off he arranged for our Mum. Shayne showed such compassion, empathy and kindness throughout. He explained everything to us and didn't hurry us to make decisions. From the moment Mum was taken into his care we found such comfort in how she was treated. We also found Sue's help, advice and support amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
