Thank you so much to Sam and the team at the Dersingham branch, my Dad was given the best funeral service he could have had. The kindness, care, patience and empathy, shown to us was excellent. During a very difficult and emotional time, they were there for us every step of the way, friendly, supportive and professional. I also really appreciated Sam’s phone calls to see how we were and if there was anything else we needed.
