What has been a devastating time was made easier with the support of Sam who guided us through the process with kindness dignity and empathy. The whole team have been amazing including colleagues in other branches who took phone calls from myself. My sister was so cared for and looked beautiful each time we went to see her. She had her makeup jewellery and her twinkles just as she would have wanted. There has always been someone to speak to, emails are promptly replied to and queries answered. The service was amazing and organising it made easier with support from Thornalley staff. The Celebrant Claire Singh spent time getting to know my sister through us and brought her to life in her thoughtful words. The website used for uploading photos for a photo tribute was easy to use and provided a beautiful pictorial tribute of my sister’s life. The order of service was amazing and exactly what we wanted with help from Jason and Ollie. This has been very sad distressing and emotional time but there has been lots of support and guidance from Thornalley Staff they helped us make my sister’s journey as smooth dignified and beautiful as it possibly could be so Thankyou.

Outstanding personal service from Sam at Thornalley, from the initial meeting to discuss funeral arrangements prior to Mums passing, right through to her death, and the actual funeral, he and the staff involved have been so supportive, compassionate, and helpful - a really professional and wonderful service given to honour my Mum and care for me and my Sister
