A really loving, caring & thoughtful family business. They patiently talked me through every step of the process, making sure I understood what would be happening. They thoughtfully phoned several times to make sure I was okay & hadn't thought of anything to change or wasn't sure about. They also have a free follow-up Bereavement Counselling service if anyone feels they are struggling with grief. I cannot praise them enough & am stuck for words to express my thanks. Myself and my family certainly highly recommend them at a time of need. They are a lovely caring family firm.

Amazing service from start to finish and even after their caring service doesn't end. Thornalley's made an unbearable time losing a loved one a little more bearable knowing they are so well looked after. They thought of all the things we just couldn't deal with at the time.

Totally satisfied is the only way I can describe the excellent service that I received from this local company. They all treated me very personally and looked after my deceased cousin with care and compassion.
I cannot think of anything that could be improved, it was only by chance that this family company as used as the one in his will was no longer in business.
Highly recommended, I will have no hesitation in using them again if needed.

We were very impressed with the service we received.   It was so reassuring that my husband was looked after so quickly.    Sam telephoned to confirm details and we made an appointment for the next day to meet him.   The office and staff were very welcoming and immediately put us at ease.   We were made a hot drink and Sam then explained everything so clearly and  we knew exactly what would happen. We then had  a follow up call to confirm and to make sure we were ok.
