Thornalley  Dersingham took charge of my mums funeral with compassion from the time she passed and made all the arrangements so easy for me, I could not of wished for a more helpful and understanding service they gave.
The concern that was shown to myself was without a doubt impossible to beat.
Thank you to Sam, Nicky and team for all their attention to detail at a time when  most needed.

This was the first time I had needed to organise a funeral. I met with Sam at Thornalleys Dersingham office. He explained everything carefully and took a lot of pressure off my family at this difficult time.
When the day came, everything went smoothly, with care and compassion shown throughtout, carrying out our requests exactly.

Their attention to detail on the day and the professionalism of all of the staff enabled us to just concentrate on remembering Mum. They were gentle, considerate and kind.

Nicky and Sam have been so kind and professional. We were totally in the dark about the steps to take but their thorough and thoughtful guidance helping to plan the funeral, newspaper announcements, liaising with the church, florist, order of service, videographer, donations and keeping in constant touch have been invaluable. Especially looking after Mum until we could say our goodbyes. Thank you.
