I would like to thank the team at Thornalley's Dersingham site especially Nicky and Sam for their kindness and professionalism in dealing with my family and I during the sad time after my wife Sheila passed, nothing was too much for them and they really helped us through the days leading up to the funeral and beyond.
I would also like to thank Janet the Celebrant for a lovely ceremony giving us memories to  cherish on a sad day.

From the moment we contacted them by phone, until Sam and the coffin bearers left us at the crematorium they were pitch perfect. The options were explained to us by Nicky who was professional, compassionate and warm. On the actual day/s at the Church/ crematorium the arrangements they had made worked faultlessly. Sam and Nicky have been amazing from start to finish of looking after my mum and supporting me to arrange her funeral.
Their professionalism, support, care, and understanding has been so valuable to us as a family at this sad and difficult time.

The entire process of arranging and the manner in which it was conducted was excellent. The staff were sympathetic with out being over the top. On the day every thing that was promised was delivered with dignity, and efficient courtesy.
This made a difficult situation that much easier to bear and for which the family were very grateful.

Every single detail was taken care of by all of the staff, who had exactly the right approach and demeanor considering the circumstances. Could not have been
happier with the way Nicky at the Dersingham office took us through what needed
to happen, scheduling the service as quickly as possible, the day after our Dad’s passing and laying out all that would need to happen in that two week period.
At their chapel Sam took care of preparing Dad beautifully and Janet, the celebrant
made the service very special indeed. Cannot thank you enough!

Nikki and Sam were most helpful and kind at this very difficult time. Nikki ensured things were done as Janine wished. On the day day Sam and his team were excellent, the yellow ties were a lovely touch.

Janet Qualter carried out every thing as requested in the most excellent manner, every thing was done in a manner which made a very difficult day so much easier.

Thornalley Funeral Services were great with our aunt's funeral 2 years ago when her deaf and blind husband was left on his own. They have also been brilliant with our uncle's funeral who sadly died recently two years later. We live over 7 hours drive away so it was great to know that someone we could trust was in charge of the arrangements. They checked in with us every day leading up to the funeral and were very kind and considerate to us all. the funeral went very smoothly thanks to Thornalley. We are all very grateful

I can't recommend them highly enough.

Having a funeral directors in the located in the village meant I didn't have to think about travelling into Lynn and made it much easier to deal with things. When there is so much to do and you are numb even that helps. Nikki and Sam at Dersingham couldn't have been more helpful. They even called to just check I was okay leading up to the funeral, that made all the difference that day. First class service. Thank you so much.
