The service we received  from Thornalley has been exceptional . The care and compassion they have shown to both Vicki and ourselves has been truly outstanding. They have supported us through every step with patience and understanding making one of the worst events of our lives more bearable.
Their patient suggestions in the procedures have been gratefully received to smooth the process. I can never thank them enough. I would recommend this Funeral Service to anyone.  Thanks You Thornalley.

As a relative some 190 miles away, I was so happy with the funeral organised by Sam and his team. Being so far away, a lot had to be organised on trust and the service was commented on by relatives and friends as to how wonderful it was.

Throughout what is a really difficult time, Thonrnalleys (in particular Sam & Nicky) have offered a fantastic, empathetic and comforting service. Sam has made personally sure that our requests are seen to and has accommodated every minor detail we've suggested from our first meeting to post-service. Nicky has answered countless questions and emails I've put her way. I cannot thank them enough. I hope to not have to use them any time soon!!.. but when needs must, I will use no other Directors.

Sam at the Dersingham office was amazing - helpful and supportive all the way through the process of organising the funeral to carrying it out. He explained the various options of service available, answered fully all questions that we had, and let us take time to make decisions. His main interest was ensuring that we chose what felt right for 'us' at ever step. We can't thank Sam and Thornalleys enough for their caring professional at such an emotional time.

Dear Sam & Nicky and all the team at TFS,

It was such a shock when my Dad passed away, he was miles away in Wiltshire and I was in shock. From collecting my Dad and bringing him home to all of the support, both emotionally and organising everything, you have been amazing.
You were so patient, kind.caring and so so supportive, I wouldnt have coped without you all.
My Dads funeral, was the best we could have hoped for, professional, caring, compassionate, and the celebration of him that we wanted.
I cannot put into words how gratefull we all are and would reccomend your amazing services to everyone.

everyone is so friendly and respectful and very helpful, they have helped us with ev ery aspect of the funeral and i would recommend them to anyone who loses someone. they phoned every few days to check how we were doing.

Thornalley have made the sad and distressing side of losing much loved one. Easier, they have supported, treated all of us with incredible kindness and care. Sam kept us informed at every stage, answered questions we forgot to ask and looked after my late father as if he was their own. I hope when my time comes I'm looked after by Thornalley.
