Nicki and Sam were both extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We first met with Nicki and she was extremely understanding during the meeting, we felt relaxed and confident that we could take our time answering the questions and that we did not need to rush the process. Both Nicki and Sam made us feel confident that we could phone at any time with any questions we had. They were very patient and knowledgeable when I rang with questions. Sam made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. We are very grateful to Thornalleys and all the staff that we were able to give Peter a very good send off, so thank you Sam, Nicki and the whole Thornalley team from the family of Peter Page.
