Having thankfully never needing to organise a funeral before my sister and I had no idea of how, what, when, where and why? With Albins we were directed with respect and curtesy by every member of staff with special mentions to Joanna for all the preparations and John on the day itself. Attendees commented to our family how well the funeral was conducted especially when compared to other funerals they had recently attended that were not serviced by Albins. My sister and I cannot recommend Albins highly enough for their commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Excellent service provided by Neil at Mottingham FA Albins for our mums funeral service. Very professional, compassionate and caring, listened to all details provided by the family. 

Would recommend them to family and friends, this is the second time they have provided a funeral service for our Family to a very high standard.

I want to Thank everyone at Albins for the amazing care and help and kindness they have given to myself and my two children throughout the planning and actual Funeral of my very much loved late husband Alan. From our first visit and meeting with Neil in their Mottingham branch to the team led by Lee for Alan's Funeral yesterday 17/01/17 I can not commend them enough. Every little detail was covered and more, the respect they showed for Alan and ourselves and all of our funeral party was amazing. The cars were immaculate, as were the team in both attire and attitude, the horse's and carriage were absolutely stunning. I knew I had choose the best possible company 'Albins' there is for this immensely most important job and they never let me down, they excelled and I Thank them again from the bottom of my heart, it was amazing guys !! Simon at Albin took great care of arranging the funeral for my mum, he was always in touch and kept us informed of everything. The actual day of the funeral everything went perfect, we could not of ask for a better service for my mum. The guys that turned up with the hurst were so very professional, the way they acted and treated us all was simply amazing, extremely professional and respectful. 

For such a difficult time for all the family, it was made so much easier thanks to everyone involved at Albin.

Albins have been looking after our family for over 50 years. Our Great grandparents, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, in- laws, Parents and Brother. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Barry always looked after us God Bless him and now his Sons are following in his footsteps.    
This is our second funeral since Barry passed away, he would be so proud of his boys. 
All the team look after you and your loved one. A service second to none.

I just want to  thank you from the bottom of our hearts.  You helped us achieve the exact send off for our grandad. Today was sad but beautiful. We wish we didn't have to say goodbye to him, but as we had too, Thank you for being there to guide and support us through this difficult journey. 




The men today were outstanding. The service you provided more than exceeded our expectations. The care,  love and respect shown was second to none. Every last thing taken care of. Fit for a King .. For our Pops.

Albins were faultless. From the planning of Mum's funeral through to the actual day we had 100% advice and support. On the day the team could not have been more respectful throughout and we did not have to worry about one thing as it went with precision.

I would recommend this company. They are extremely professional.
I would also add that the florist and caterer that they use were also faultless. A* from beginning to end. Thank you Albins.
