My family have always used Albins throughout the years from generation to generation. They are the most professional, attentive funeral directors who go above and beyond to make each loved ones send off perfect and unique.

Thank you soo much for your service. Without your help and support, I don’t think me and my family could have got through this difficult time  . They are nice and understanding. Also going above and beyond. Very compassionate and I feel like I wasn’t getting treated like a customer but as family.  
I would recommend them to anyone who has to unfortunately go through a difficult time such as this. They will make the journey, just that little easier

From the start of our bereavement Scott from Albin's was patient and took us through the whole process and did everything from arranging a fantastic priest ( Father Michael Branch. Who gave us a service that no one who was there will ever forget, absolutely brilliant ).
Scott also arranged the service cards which were designed that took my breath away. The staff at Culling Road who took great care of my sister's 2 grandchildren whilst she and her husband visited our late father in the chapel of rest. the team who took care of us on the day of the funeral were absolutely fantastic and made a very sad day go smoothly and easy for my Mum & Family & myself.
I would recommend F.A.Albins as they took the stress & fear out of arranging our late Fathers funeral and made it a send off that he would have been proud of.

This will be the fifth family member that Albins have looked after for us, they are the most wonderful set of people, kind, thoughtful and nothing is to much trouble. I trust them completely with the most important people in my life. Barry was a saint, all of them had the best tutor, RIP Barry. I lost my Dad in January 2019, so I have to apologise for not writing sooner, I didn't even see this email before now. I've already made sure that when it's my time, Albins will be there for me.

There are Funerals and Funeral Directors, and then there are Albin Funerals and Albin Funeral Directors. My family have been using Albin's since they began trading well over 200 years ago. I remember my Father telling me that his Grandfather had been buried by one of the founders of Albin's. My Father attended school with Freddie Albin back in the early 1920's and in my lifetime Albin's have attended dozens and dozens of my families funerals and been there in our need. I come from a very large Bermondsey family and whenever we have lost "one of ours" it is "one of theirs" that is right there with us. From the start to well after the finish, they just know. They know what you want, what you need and that is indescribable and uncalcable. There is a style and finesse with a Funeral at Albin's which I have never seen with any other firm. The Cars, Chauffeurs, Bearers, Conductors are absolutely immaculate. Their attention to detail is second to none. If you are looking for a benchmark to aspire to as a competitor, you have got 200 years and many generations to catch up on. Many people are frightened of death, but when the clock of life stops ticking, be sure to call on Albin's because they will look after you on your final journey and those you leave behind just like you was one of their own.
