on Friday 20th May my wife took her final journey, what an amazing job Simon and John did, so professionally conducted and compassion throughout the service.
I spent alot of time in the Chapel over the last few weeks and all the staff have been amazing.

The care from the first moment I rang Simon was excellent and very professional by all members of staff. They looked after my daughter with compassion and love. Chrissy & Jo was always so caring and welcoming. George who lead the funeral and his colleagues shown so much respect to my daughter and all guests. Everything was explained and asked if that was what we wanted before being carried out. Albins & Son are a wonderful compassionate caring organisation and would highly recommend them. The team on the day were kind and gave my father a great send off. 

Planning the funeral with Scott felt hassle-free and respectful. 

Also the Chapel of Rest at Cullen Road makes seeing loved ones prior to funeral feel peaceful. Every aspect of Albins made this time easier and allow us to focus on saying goodbye and giving my Dad a great send off.

From the moment I went into Albin at Head Office to Ask Simon for advice I was always made to feel welcome.The two ladies on reception always greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome.
All my needs were met for my mum’s funeral.
Johnathon who led my mums funeral was amazing in fact my mum’s funeral was amazing from the beginning to the end.Father Mark who gave a little Story of mum made me feel as if mum was there for me he brought her to life.
From the bottom of my heart I thank you all for helping me on such a hard time.

The whole team were amazing professional and courteous throughout the whole process and they made myself and my whole family feel special, comfortable and well informed throughout the day. We were well looked after throughout the day, and everything was perfect.

Albins gave a 5 star service, right from the moment we called them at 3am to ask them to come and take Christine's body into their care to the end of the funeral proceedings. The family's wishes were followed to the letter in a dignified and uplifting way and the funeral day was carried out smoothly in a totally professional and sympathetic way. Expenses were open and reasonable and there were no surprise hidden costs. Thank you Simon and George and all your staff!!

Simon and the whole of the staff simply exude class. Their limousines and uniforms are immaculate. The little things like Red carpet's when you get into the limousines, their kindness and compassion is something else. They made a sad occasion one never to be forgotten. Overall fantastic.
