About Us
Built in 1974 on the site of the Old Runge Hall in Culling Road, the F.A. Albin & Sons head office was built to serve the community and has every facility to assist families at the time of bereavement.
The premises are located in close proximity to the public transport system and have allocated spaces for customer parking. Facilities include eight chapels of rest, a large garage to accommodate our modern fleet, a comprehensive mortuary, a museum as well as administration offices.
Also located at Culling Road is F.A. Albin & Sons' memorial garden, which consists of a large number of niches for families to inter the ashes of their loved ones, boulder plaques, wall and vase plaques where flowers can be placed. All remembrance opportunities are open to everyone so you will not be required to retain ashes in order to dedicate a memorial.
Funeral directors Jonathan and Simon Dyer are responsible for the branch and are available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, on Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm and on Sundays from 10 am to 12 pm. The company operates a 24 hour on call response outside normal working hours.
Our office serves all of the M25 area.
The Albin family first worked as wardens of the Bermondsey cemetery over 200 years ago, to then start serving the community as funeral directors.

From the start of my journey with Albins to the end i cannot fault the service and the caring for both my Mum and for my family. I felt relief knowing Mum was safe and being loved in their care from the first second. I could not have wished to be accompanied on this journey with anyone other than Caroline Morrison. At a time where my whole world went insane Caroline calmed me and made it easier for me to plan what i needed with her kindness, caring and guidance. Cannot thank Caroline and Albins enough for making Mums day perfect. Cannot recommend highly enough.

F A Albin and sons professionalism was prestige, Danny and Chris went over and beyond and had the upmost respect for our mum and for us as a family. Everything ran smoothly and nothing felt rushed from all that attended we’ve had nothing but praise saying it was a beautiful service,to the best funeral they’d been to. Jay Britton who sang both at Holy trinity and Honor oak crematorium has a beautiful effortless voice and to Caroline who helped us organise everything for her patience and understanding we couldn’t be more thankful it was in its entirety the best and most beautiful send off our lovely mum deserved

We found Albins to be extremely professional and personal from the first contact to very end. All the staff were excellent and we would recommend using Albins every time
