I honestly can’t thank Albins enough for everything they have done. 
We had help and advice even before choosing Albins. John called us and gave us great help and advice to make sure my mum was properly looked after from the start. 
We met lovely jo the next day and just felt completely at ease and like we was at home with her straight away. The Crayford branch is just out of this world and I knew straight away that mum would have loved it. Once mum was there they would light her candle every day and chat to mum and let me know they have done so too. All her pictures were in her chapel of rest and it was just so beautiful for us to see. 
First class 
I can’t thank everyone enough from start to finish. 
You completely treated mum with dignity from the very beginning and I just can’t express how grateful I am to you all

The loss of my Dad hit me and my family hard and we were lost without him being in charge. From the very first phone call even before we had made arrangements We got so much support from FA Albins, so very thankful our order of service, planning, calls to check things were received with the utmost care & professionalsm. I truly have to say as traumatic as a passing is, in anyone’s Family, it was such a relief to have had  FA Albins & Sons conduct my Mums. To say it was extremely well organised would be the understatement of the year, every aspect from what we wanted and how we wanted it conducted was all taken in, we were made to feel important and it felt as if we had known these people for years as friends. To all those that were involved in the organisation of of my Mum Pats Cremation, My Family and I Thankyou from the bottom of our Hearts.

Absolutely brilliant, so respectful & professional, nothing was too much trouble. Sent emails and got very quick replies, I cannot thank Simon & his team enough. Everything was expertly done, it helped so much to give my wonderful mum the send off she deserved. Happy to know albins will be our port of call for funerals of my father, my sister & myself as we’ve reserved plots in their beautiful gardens. Wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. We were absolutely delighted with the service Albins delivered on the day of booking my father’s funeral to the day of the actual funeral. 
Their kind gentle way gave such a warm atmosphere to everyone, the respect they showed and patience with all the family on this sad day. 

Their ways in which they supported us as a family didn’t go un noticed, it was the small touches like the rose being left at the front door just before we left to go, the suggestions they made I.e the canvas of my dad and son to be taken with us made such a lovely suggestion as there was an easel that we didn’t know was there.

The patience they had with all of us not feeling like we had to rush or time was against us. 

They are the reason why we always choose albins, their support, communication and service is beyond expectations. 

We would like to thank everyone that was with us on Friday 26th April.

My fathers funeral went very well.  My dad left from Albin's in Bermondsey his birth place and it was lovely being there and seeing how they did everything.  They asked did anyone want to carry the coffin (which they did......different heights etc but it was sorted when we got to the crematorium) I cannot praise them highly enough.  Attention to every detail. They took a route to take in the area where my Dad had lived and John left a flower with a bow of the head.  
I could go on and on about all the details but enough to say they are superb.  The staff on reception just so helpful and feeling.  We had Albin's for my mums funeral also.  THANK YOU ALBINS. Thank you Simon and John and everyone involved in my dad's funeral...ones I may not have seen or knew names of.  Also thank you Steve our Chauffeur.
