The service given from Simon and his team was impeccable from start to finish, Simon was very understanding and patient whilst we awaited the medical certificate over 2 and a half weeks. He checked in with the family almost daily for those 2 weeks before we had even met. Once we did meet at his office, it felt as though I had known him for years, not only had he retreived the body before we had arrived, (which was only a couple hours) he had also prepared for our visit, even though no official appointment was made. We as a family felt so comfortable and even through the tough subdue moments, he made a few jokes and eased us back on track.
Planning a funeral is everyone's worst nightmare, but we left there feeling quite upbeat and happy with what Simon had offered us for John's cremation.
Once all was booked, I still had regular contact from Simon and he made me aware of what was happening at every stage. Doreen and Charles always complimented Simon to me on how efficient, compassionate and understanding he was to our needs. It made her feel assured that everything would go to plan on the day.
By now I felt at total ease with Simon and the lovely receptionists, that I asked if I could help dress John, with no hesitation they said it would be ok. I was filled with joy, never had I done this before but David made us feel so relaxed and unafraid.
The day of the funeral, Albin's service was absolutely perfect. Not only were they punctual, professional and dedicated, they showed warmth and kindness and were very empathetic to all our needs. At times we all felt so overwhelmed with it all, but Simon consistently kept us calm and reassured us at every step of the way.
Our gratitude cannot be expressed much more than this, Doreen and her extended family would like to say a huge thank you to Simon and Albins Bermondsey & Walworth for the tremendous service provided. You did John Browne proud and we are eternally grateful. Xx

Couldn't have asked for more, they looked after my dad with the respect he deserved.
There are no words to describe how pleased I am with how everything went. The only word that come to mind is unbeatable. My family has been looked after by them for years and will continue to be looked after by them.

Saying goodbye to our father and husband Darcus, was the hardest thing we could do as a family, but Simon, Shirley, Jon and the team at Albins were sensitive and supportive every step of the way.   They gave us the time and space to mourn the man we all loved so dearly, but were fiercely efficient in the background, ensuring everything went to plan on the day.

Dad's final farewell was a wonderful celebration of his life and the team at ALbins were instrumental in making it happen in such an organised and dignified way.   For that we are truly grateful.   THANK YOU!

The whole day was organised and carried out with complete percussion and dignity the staff of Albins as always were very perlite and professional informing us of what was going to happen at each time of the day 
Albins I believe are the company others strive to match but from the first visit to arrange the funeral to the end of the service there staff are so caring and committed to making the whole process as painless and dignified as your loved one would have wished for you

My beautiful mum was in the best hands possible with Albin,s from the day she passed away to the day of her funeral. Joanna Smith one of the funeral arrangers was absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job , the embalmers also do a incredible job and my mum looked absolutely beautiful and the care that mum received while laying in the chapel at Albin,s Welling Way with Christine was out of this world . The day the boys brought my beautiful mum home was one of the saddest but best days ever the level of care, compassion and the love that you get from these boys is unbelievable . Mum was finally laid to rest by the very best we cannot thank you all enoth from the bottom of our hearts for all the support we received as a family and for the level of care you showed us at such a difficult time. Godbless and sending all our love to each and everyone of you xxx

We sadly lost my uncle early this year. At a very challenging time we were lucky that we were advised to use Albin & Sons as our funeral directors.
Honestly couldn't of asked for a better service they support our family the whole way through to the highest possible standards.
I personally and my family members said the same if or when we have another funeral we will always return to Albino & Sons as we believe they are the best around and truly great people.

A fantastic service from a company second to none. They over came the blowey conditions to ensure the day ran smoothly. The fine points of leaving a single rose at the home and a stop at mums day centre just enforced the thoughtful service. The staff and cars were immaculate, even down to tissues and water not forgetting the most important thing sweets for the drive to the crematorium. 
Once again thank you for superb service insuring a remarkable and unforgettable day of a wonderful send off of our mother.

What a wonderful firm of funeral directors. Everyone showed us so much empathy and assistance through this difficult time. Joanna - you were amazing showing us so much love and nothing was too much - we could call you at any time and it made such a difference. The lads on the day were just how you said they would be - wonderful. Steve guided us and helped us through everything and George drove us keeping our spirits up until we reached the crematorium. Of course, we couldn't forget the wonderful Fr Michael - he was absolutely wonderful and everyone enjoyed his service thoroughly. Last but not least, Fr Michael's sister Jo - thank you.
