All the team at Albins were caring professional and very helpful as soon as I walked in the door also on the telephone when I first called to discuss my mum's funeral with Simon they treated me and my mum both with care and consideration all the way through the process I can't complimentall the staff enough from the people who dressed and looked after my mum as soon as she was collected to George and his team,

Eternally grateful for all of your help and support throughout. Our family have returned to Albins time and time again and have never been disappointed. The organisers, directors and staff go above and beyond our expectations everytime - polished is generally how we describe them, not just by way of appearance but generally by every aspect of skill, knowledge and behaviours. Thank you all so much for helping us with a beautiful send off for our grandmother.

I'd like to thank all the staff at F. A. ALBINS & Sons for an amazing job they have done right from the beginning of having my mum staying with them allowing me to be there all the time even with the covid going on the receptionist were amazing with all of us & just allowing me my own precious time to be with my mum.
The day of my mum's funeral was a truly lovely intimate day for all my family to say our goodbyes even though we couldn't have everyone there I wouldn't change a single thing.
Everyone that works at Albins are truly amazing lovely people & from me & my family on behalf of Roseinea Lillian delaney you made her day special ❤️?

Excellent service throughout from Simon from beginning to end who was always at the end of the phone or email to ease any concerns or answer any questions.

George and the team on the day who were present for the service were great - respectful, compassionate and ensured that the service was carried out exactly as we wished.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Albins, they went above and beyond to ensure my husband Brian Mcfadden had the best send off he could under the current circumstances, they even stopped to lay a rise where my husband and I met. Scott, Chrissy , and especially Geirgie Kendall were so helpful to us during this diffucult time. George conducted the funeral, balloon release and had the whole street clapping in my husband final journey. I will be forever grateful . Gladys ❤️

In time like this anybody seemed confused and lost because of grieving. It was such a relief to have find Albin’s. They were so helpful and guide me all the way. The Funeral arrangement for my sister ROsario is going smoothly so far especially in our situations with the lockdown.
