I have nothing but praise for F.A. Albins. From all tbe ladies in the reception who looked after me, Neil at Mottigham who arranged all the service, to the lads that carried my darling wife. All were respectful and helpful and made me feel at ease through the most horrid of times.They truly are a first class funeral directors.God bless them all x

On behalf of Mrs Harvey and her family I can only give praise to Albin’s, and in particular Mr Graham Cook, for the way in which they have cared for Gp Capt Harvey though these difficult times. On a personal level, as Visiting Officer, Albin’s have treated me as a member of the family. I can’t thank you all enough.

Simon and all the staff at Albins gave our lovely mum the send off she deserved. Their attention to detail on the day , the understanding and compassion they gave us as a family and just the way they all conducted themselves at the funeral were excellent. 
Nothing seemed too much trouble and Simon made sure a very emotional day ran as smoothly as possible. 
I would highly recommend.

Everything was handled with sensitivity and kindness, and also patience when the arrival of a group of friends was delayed and I had to ask for the service to start fifteen minutes late! Janet loved a bit of theatre, and I'd arranged a little bit of drama for the casket's entrance and exit, which your people performed to perfection. Many of the people present said it was one of the most moving and memorable services they could recall, and I'm sure a part of that was your handling of it. Thank you.

Despite the sad occasion of our Mother's funeral it turned out to be a beautiful day.
This was due to the professionalism shown by the Albin's team. It was the care, grace and dignity shown that will stay with me forever. Many thanks to Joanna, Jon and all the staff.

The thing about Albins is in the worst moments of your life, they go above and beyond the call of duty to make things as easy and stress free as it can be given the situation.
They have a way of making you and your departed loved one feel like family, they treat you and your love one with the utmost empathy, kindness and respect.
No task is too big or small- they listen to your needs and help you with things you may not have thought of. Their personal touch and professionalism is second to none! From Simon and John and all on reception, to the embalmers and all those who work tirelessly behind the scenes every single one of them is a credit to the Albins name and I want to thank them for all they have done for us as a family over the last few years!

First class service, Albins made a difficult time very pleasant & stress free. They are very accomdating and understanding. The whole staff are so down to earth & really have the time to sit down and talk. My family have only ever go to albins because we know the service is impeccable and the staff are just fantastic

This is the first time I have used Albins to carry out the plans for my Mum's funeral & I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future other than Albins, the staff are so friendly & kind & really look after you they arrange a lot of the funeral plans for you & the service they provided was amazing. you will not find a better funeral company nothing is too much trouble for them. They go above the call of duty . This was the 7th time i have used them for family James was living in Manchester at the time of his passing and i had no hesitation in contacting Albins to bring him home to Bermondsey as i knew he was in safe hands .

F A Alvin done all the hard work for my family, they are very professional with even down to small detail they helped us.
The day of the funeral they blew my mind with how all the men was and how beautiful the horses was.

Albins not only look after your loved one they look after the family. At the time when you can't think straight, you want to do the right thing by your loved one, you don't know if you're coming or going, The team at Albins are that silent support in the background. No question is too silly to ask, all the staff are helpful and approachable. Reliable, respectful and dignified. We've had big funerals and a small funeral, the service is the same regardless. People who have not used Albins think they can't afford them. It's not as expensive as people think. The experience the team have make the whole process easier and less daunting. Having had generations of my family being cared for by Albins, I couldn't recommend them enough. 
On a personal note, I'd like to thank lovely Joanna Smith who has been an Angel in disguise, all the team at Culling road and Jon for delivering an excellent service for my brother.
