Lydnsey and the team at Viner and Sons have been wonderful in every aspect of arranging my Mother's funeral. What could have been a very difficult time was made so much easier by their considerate and helpful approach. Their attention to detail was second to none. The funeral last week was a wonderful celebration of her life and we cannot thank them enough.

James, Claire and  their team made my father’s funeral go without a hitch..
They were all courteous, dignified and they all conducted themselves with such grace it was truly amazing.
their demeanour throughout the whole of the proceedings made my family’s day more manageable.
I would like to thank James personally, You are a true friend we all cannot thank you enough!!

We have used Viner & Sons services twice this year for the sad passing of my father-in-law in August and for my dear Mum in March. It is always such a difficult when you lose loved ones, whatever their age. But when that time arrives you need help and support with the funeral arrangements. From start to finish the warmth, service and support that Viner & Sons provided has been exceptional on both occasions. I cannot recommend their services highly enough. They made us feel at ease, comfortable and as if we were the only funerals they were directing on our behalf. At every touch point from the initial meeting, through to the arrangements, the service and at the point of dropping us back to the wake I cannot fault anything. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Well done Viner & Sons you have an incredible team, keep up the excellent work.

Lyndsey and her team recently arranged my mother's funeral and from start to finish they were very professional, efficient and showed great sensitivity at such a difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble and they supported us throughout the service and made a very difficult day, slightly easier to bear. An excellent company to deal with.

Planning my husbands funeral at a relatively young age was something I never thought I would have to do but Viner and Sons couldn’t have been more lovely from start to finish. From going in for the initial appointment to the day of the funeral I felt supported at all times, every need was met. They dealt with me and my family with the utmost empathy and were always available whenever I had a query. They walked me through every process. I would highly recommend Viner and Sons to anyone who is in need of their services.

I made enquiries with family and friends in relation to which was the best funeral home. Many came back with recommendations for Viners and I can see why.  From the first meeting, through the various stages of planning, Kerrie and Jo were there with gentle advice and guidance, steering me through our family crisis. They were so gentle and kind that I shall be forever thankful for their help.

Viners have now directed both my Mother's, and more latterly, my Father's funerals.

It's simple....

Both my parents deserve the best.

Both deserve quality, dignity, compassion, substance and the symbolism of real tradition.

Quite simply put, Viners fulfilled all of this and so very much more.

I can only say that I simply could not fault Viners in anyway whatsoever.

From the initial conversation to the final 'Thank You', Viners live up to and exceeded any and all rational expectations

I do not seek to repeat such an event soon, but I wholeheartedly guarantee that when required, the Directorship will be handed to Viners.

Indeed that will include arrangements for my own final and greatest of days

My siblings and I are once again indebted to Viners.

I wish I could name the team individually..... However my memory doesn't allow me to, so (in honesty) I suggest that you just call them.

Nathan, Kerrie and the ENTIRE team will singularly NOT disappoint.

Unfortunately, due to the sad circumstances surrounding a funeral, this is the second time I have used Viner & Sons. I have been delighted with everything they have helped us with. Nothing has been any trouble, they have been sympathetic and proactive at every point. I hope I don't have to use them for a very long time....but if I need to Viner & Sons would be my funeral directors of choice.

It was very difficult to arrange the funeral at such a distance (I was in Wales) but Kerrie, Claire and Damion provided a very supportive and helpful service. They listened to my concerns and were patient and kind. I would definitely recommend them to others.
