Our experience with Viners was amazing. From the moment they picked Mum up from our house, to the last moment we saw the team at the funeral there was nothing we could fault. They were kind, thoughtful, caring and highly professional throughout the planning and on the day of the funeral.... always making us feel looked after and centre, and going out of their way to make things exactly as we felt they should be. They suggested things we wouldn't necessarily have thought of, and gave us flexibility and time to make decisions. The lovely team contributed to a warm, joyful and incredibly memorable celebration of life. Impeccable presence on the day of the funeral. I would highly recommend Viners.

My late aunts aunts service was conducted in a very professional and respectful manner.

From the 1st meeting with Lana & Jo the organising of Mums funeral was second to none. I don’t know what else they could have done. They were brilliant, so understanding, and nothing was a problem for them. They were like  family !! Thank you so very much for everything. Xx

From the moment I met with Jo and Lana I was put at my ease. We had a very good conversation, the details of the cremation were agreed. They organised the video link and the order of service. I was always kept informed.
On the day of the cremation they were, humble, gracious and understanding. The whole event was well managed. I could not fault them. I would recommend Viners to anyone at this sad time in our lives

who I honestly can't thank enough.
She truly went above & beyond for me throughout what's been the most difficult time in my life.

Very professional organisation. The two members of staff who attended to collect my mother from her home were sympathetic and compassionate.
Three family members met with Jo to discuss the arrangements. She listened to our requests and made suggestions to help us with the decisions that needed to be made showed appropriate humour and was empathetic to our needs.
The day of the service ran like clockwork and all staff concerned showed respect and professionalism.
Our family will definitely recommend Viner's to our friends and relatives.

Very professional service for my stepdad's funeral, my Mum was very pleased with your services before and on the day of the funeral.

The gentlemen/lady who were with us on the day to drive the cars were fantastic, nothing was too much for them. They were kind, compassionate and patient. The whole service was dignified and very respectful.

Our family cannot thank the team at Viners enough. It was a very traumatic time because we had to get our autistic teen to say her goodbyes to her dad, unfortunately, car journey's are difficult for her, yet the drivers were so sympathetic to her needs, stopping on the journey and allowing her time and space. I cannot thank Jo and Steve and everyone else for giving our Chris the best send off and ensuring our goodbyes for our daughter. Viners were remarkable from booking until the end. Everyone will always remember that day as such a beautiful send send off. I had so many compliments about their service.
