From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank everyone involved in organising my husband's funeral, especially Debbie, Lana, and Harry.
Losing my husband has been one of the hardest experiences of my life, and from our very first meeting, you all showed such kindness, compassion, and understanding. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and your support helped ease the burden during such a heartbreaking time.
Debbie, Lana, and Harry went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly as we wanted it. Their warmth, patience, and genuine care meant so much to me and my family. They treated us with dignity and respect, and it was clear that they truly cared about giving my husband the beautiful farewell he deserved.
The funeral was perfect—thoughtfully organised, dignified, and a wonderful tribute to a much-loved husband. Although it was an incredibly sad day, knowing everything was in such caring hands gave us comfort and peace of mind.
Thank you for helping us through one of the most difficult times in our lives. I will always be grateful for the kindness and support you showed us, and I cannot recommend you highly enough.

The team went way beyond my expectations Debbie was so supportive and caring. Jamie led the funeral so well. All the staff were caring and compassionate and such lovely people who genuinely cared for my father and us as a family during this sad time.

From the very first meeting to the final farewell, the care, compassion and professionalism shown by the funeral directors was truly outstanding. Every single detail was handled with such thoughtfulness and sensitivity, making an incredibly difficult time so much easier for our family.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went completely above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their communication, kindness and attention to detail were exceptional throughout the entire process. We felt fully supported every step of the way and had complete confidence that our loved one was being cared for with dignity and respect.

The service itself was beautifully organised and seamless, exactly as we had hoped for. We are so grateful for the genuine compassion shown to us during such an emotional time.

We cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone needing funeral arrangements handled with care, empathy and absolute professionalism.

From the very beginning Viner & Sons couldn’t have been any more helpful with their caring of the deceased and supportive approach to their deceased loved ones.  Showing empathy and compassion through the whole process.  On the day the service was seamless and so professionally managed I couldn’t have asked for anything more for my dear Mum.  Family and friends commented on such a dignified and excellent service provided by Viner & Sons.

From the outset ( from retrieving the body ) everything was professional and done in a dignified way. The service we received as a family was second to none and made as feel like we were dealing with friends rather than a funeral company. I cannot fault the service we received and it made the whole process of sorting out the funeral plus the day itself with all the various options as straight forward and hassle free as it could possibly be. Me and my family can honestly not thank Lana, Debbie and the team at Viner & sons, from the minute we met them we knew we had picked the right funeral directors for Dad. 
In such a heartbreaking time they really gave us some light and the day of the funeral was so well organised, Lana and everyone else really helped us through it. Even after the funeral the service continues and is outstanding from even just offering a friendly cup of tea in the shop or a phone call to see how we all are. Our lovely mum Doreen passed away at the end of October. This was the first funeral the adult children in the family were to arrange and we were very unsure at a very difficult time. Viners were recommended to us by our local church. We were given an appointment promptly, the first ‘official’ task in the process. We were met by Debbie with tissues and sympathy. She walked us through every detail to be arranged, always with great advice and suggestions and no pressure. Throughout the process Debbie guided us from visiting with mum to arranging the flowers. All staff always met us with warmth and kindness. James was our director and met with us the night before to go through all the practical details ensuring we were comfortable and happy. On the day James and his team astounded us with their kindness and compassion. We were able to relax and take in the day. It was the small details that meant so much - encouraging us to really look at the flowers and take some time with the hearse when it arrived at the house, something that was so helpful for my 90 year old father in his grieving process. Throughout the funeral we felt we were in safe hands and able to fully experience the service and burial without worrying or thinking about any details. My mum was treated with the utmost respect and dignity which made the day beautiful. Thank you so much Debbie, James and the rest of the team. The family of Doreen Parks x
