The whole process was very easy to go through. It was not stuffy or too formal and we felt listened to and taken care of. Thanks to Nathan and his colleagues for making us feel comfortable and making the day of the funeral such a wonderful celebration that so professional which put us totally at ease. Collecting the ashes was also carried out in a relaxed but respectful way, mind you we were not expecting them to weigh so much! We always said Robin/Dad was like a sack of potatoes! Our experience at Viner & Sons has really helped us deal with everything at this sad and surreal time and we are truly grateful. Best Wishes, Maureen and Michelle

I can not thank EVERYONE enough at Viner & Sons! Every member that I spoke to listened to our every request, had patients, was kind and most of all had respect for my lovely dad as though he was still with us. I spoke frequently on the phone, we popped in several times and nothing was a bother! Lorraine & Clare arranged my father's funeral and they were so lovely. Visiting the directors to make arrangements was an experience that we were dreading but it was calm, friendly, they didn't rush and was so attentive. The day of days service was just beautiful. My brother was late due to his car overheating so he was terribly upset. It was Dan that actually kept the calm. A wonderful man and again nothing was too much trouble. Dan explained to everyone how to carry dad and he was so graceful. Lorraine gave us a little book to read to the grandchildren to help them understand of dad's passing.. the whole experience made saying goodbye to our precious dad that much easier and we will all be FOREVER grateful to Viber & Sons. You truly have a wonderful team to be proud of ♥️♥️

Viner and sons have been caring and considerate from the first meeting. They have always been on hand to answer queries and to resolve any concerns we had leading up to the day of the funeral. They have acted with respect and sensitivity throughout and nothing was too much trouble.  
The actual day itself went like clockwork. It was of course a sad occasion but everything was exactly how we had planned it and we felt that we gave my Father a good send off and he would have been so proud. My Mother took great comfort (as did we all) from the funeral and the way it all went.
 The respect and patience shown by all at  Viner & Sons was deeply appreciated by all the family. Many thanks to you all.

From the first moment we spoke to Viners about my mother's funeral the staff could not have been more helpful and caring. A funeral plan was already in place so it was sorting a date and finalising details. On the day Nathan ensured everything went smoothly. Viners had stored my father's ashes and they advised me as soon as my mother's had been returned to them so that I could collect them both for burial in our local churchyard.

We have used Viners on several occasions for funerals and Nathan, Dan and ALL the team give their utmost respect and professional care from the first point of contact to the funeral day..
Nothing is too much trouble they give valuable advice on making what is a challenging time much easier to arrange.
You dont feel it's just 'part of the job' but that they really care in making it the best send off for your loved ones as possible under such sad circumstances.
Everyone that came to our recent family funeral remarked on the excellent service and utmost respect given.
We as a family wouldn't hesitate to recommend Viners.

Outstanding service. Nothing was too much and they really looked after every detail in such an effortless way that I felt I had very little to do, which at such an awful and distressing time was Just wonderful.
