On behalf of myself and my sister Alison, I would like to say how much we appreciated Viner & Sons assistance and guidance in relation to my mother’s funeral and, in particular, the patient efforts of yourself and Nathan, especially given the complications to the arrangements thrown up by the pandemic.  Nothing was too much trouble and all points arising were dealt with thoughtfully and kindly, and all arrangements worked perfectly.

As I think I told you, Viners arranged my father’s funeral in 1986.  For your interest, I attach a copy of my letter to Mr Viner of July of that year.  What I said there I am happy to repeat in relation to my mother’s funeral.  It is a considerable tribute to you, Nathan and your team that the firm maintains the very high standards set on that earlier occasion, thirty five years ago.

My sister and I are very grateful to you all.

Clare took all our requests, changes of mind, and my confusion as I was arranging two funerals at the same time, in her stride and everything was arranged exactly as we wanted. Nathan was also very attentive and helpful during the ceremony. Thank you

We could not fault the service provided by Dan and the team at Viner & Sons. Dan looked after us so well with care and compassion. We knew we could turn to him at any time to help us. Dan and the Viners team were brilliant. We had never planned a funeral before; and with Covid as well, this seemed especially daunting. Dan was always on hand, and with his attention to detail, my father's funeral could not have been in safer hands.
Mourners at the ceremony afterwards remarked how perfect it was; and a fitting tribute to my father.

All communication with Viners was handled sensitively and in a timely manner, even phoning us on day of the funeral to advise of potential road problems in the area of the crematorium.  Conversations with the Life Celebrant to discuss service arrangements was like talking to an old friend and made things so much easier at this difficult time.

I can't fault Viner & Sons. Nathan Martin helped me through such a difficult process and the service was lovely. My mum would have agreed. The webcast option was brilliant in this current climate. Deborah Glass who lead the service was also amazing. I don't know how she managed to piece together all the babble that was coming out of our mouths in the phonecall prior, but it was simply perfect. I can't thank you enough for helping us all say goodbye to my mum who sadly died at just 62 years old from Covid.

Absolutely amazing Funeral Directors, the compassion shown by all of the staff has been second to none. They have been there every step of the way, Claire has always been on the end of the phone and Nathan was such a gentleman at the Funeral.

It was such a professional service provided by Viners. They were extremely helpful and listened to everything that we wanted. We didn’t feel pressured into anything we didn’t want. On the funeral day they took care of everything so we didn’t even have to worry. Thank you so much!!
