From my first phone call and meeting with Jo, I knew we were in safe hands with Viners. The death of a family member is an emotional roller coaster for the next of kin, but the whole process was handled with care & dignity. They arranged for the floral tribute to be made up and order of service to be printed. On the day of the funeral, Jamie our director, was very courteous and supportive. Their support left us feeling we were able to grieve without any additional concerns. Our thanks to all the team. Nigel & Clare
