Bournes were really superb. They handled dealing with 4 people contacting them easily and were on top of everything. They (Ben) made great suggestions for our order of service and the designer got it right, 1st time, receiving mutliple files and incorporating them easily. During the service they made everything easy and helped make the day go smoothly so we could concentrate on the other things. They presented my Dad well, he looked good despite it being a month since he died. They know what they are doing and are good at, just what you need at a time of grief.
