I could not have asked for a better send off for my mum,

Bournes where amazing, From originally organising the Funeral before my mum past away to the day of the funeral,

Ben was amazing on the day, he made sure every thing was done as we wanted it and with the up most respect on such a sad day,

We could not have asked for a better service from Chele, the way she worded the eulogy was incredible, as a family we sat down with her and bombarded her with stories of mum and the outcome was a try reflection on her life.

If there was a 10 star review i would put that!

From start to finish we were looked after at what is a very difficult time. On the day of my mum's funeral me and my husband was told at every point what would happen, we was not left thinking what do we do know. The Team at Bournes, have always given our family outstanding service, particularly Ben, communication was easy, the room for resting & viewing was perfect.  I cannot recommend Bournes enough as I had to have my husband returned to UK, it was all handled smoothly & with compassion 💯

I honestly cannot thank Bournes Funeral Directors enough for the kindness, compassion and care they showed our family at the most heartbreaking time of our lives.




From the very beginning, we felt completely reassured that our lovely Dad was in the best possible hands. Nothing ever felt rushed, we were given all the time we needed, and everything was handled with such dignity, patience and genuine compassion.




At a time when you feel completely lost and overwhelmed, having people you can trust to take care of someone so precious to you means more than words can say. We always felt that Dad was being treated with the utmost respect and care, and that brought us such comfort.




The kindness shown to us throughout, and the care taken in making sure Dad received the beautiful send-off he deserved, is something we will never forget.




We will always be incredibly grateful to everyone at Bournes for looking after our Dad, and us, so wonderfully. I genuinely couldn’t recommend them highly enough. ❤️

Bournes were really superb. They handled dealing with 4 people contacting them easily and were on top of everything. They (Ben) made great suggestions for our order of service and the designer got it right, 1st time, receiving mutliple files and incorporating them easily. During the service they made everything easy and helped make the day go smoothly so we could concentrate on the other things. They presented my Dad well, he looked good despite it being a month since he died. They know what they are doing and are good at, just what you need at a time of grief.
