Whilst arranging a funeral can hardly be described as a pleasant experience, Bournes certainly make it as painless as possible. Ben is the consummate professional who takes such great care to provide the best possible farewell anyone could have and goes out of his way to accommodate any request you may have and to provide help and support in any way he can.
I could not have asked for anything more from them, they are simply faultless. My thanks also to Catherine for her kind conversations and to Cindy for making my nan look her absolute best.
You are all so wonderful and though I wish nobody to go through the anguish of losing someone they hold dear, when that time sadly comes, I wholeheartedly believe there is nowhere better to provide that memorial which your loved one deserves.

We dealt with haley mostly all i can say is thankyou for your kindness, patience, help and understanding at what was a very difficult time. Once we had decided on bournes it felt like a giant weight had been lifted and nothing felt like too much touble. On the day of the funeral i was very impressed with the pride and professionalism they showed it was very much appreciated by all the family. I would thoroughly recommend Bournes to anyone. From the moment we stepped nervously through their door we were made to feel at ease, everything in the process, which was all new and a minefield to us, was carefully explained and they took over all of our arrangements exactly as we had requested them, they cannot do enough for their customers. Ben and Catherine in particular are very caring, thoughtful and understanding and made a difficult time so much more bearable. When my Father died the enormity of all the tasks ahead were overwhelming but much of the burden was lifted by Bournes who went above and beyond our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them
