When bournes came to collect my mum from her nursing home I felt such a relief to see Ben I knew instantly she would be in good hands and well looked after. He is so professional and shows so much respect to my mum and our families. I cannot thank Bournes enough for everything they have done for my family. Catherine is always so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They do truly understand what families are going through and they give that personal touch at a very sad and difficult time.

Bournes Funeral Directors, advertise as a family run business in Sittingbourne and boy does it show. 
From the first phone call to walking into their premises, I found them to be polite, professional, very caring and attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Losing my Dad was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to deal with, and Bournes staff took all the worry away.
From Susan the Celebrant, through to Ben and all the team at Bournes, everyone made my Dads last journey respectful and memorable. 
Although now for me or if you’ve ever been to a cremation before, I found the bowing of heads as a sign of respect for my Dad brought me to tears. 
Everything was perfect for my Dad and he would have been proud.
Thank You Bournes for everything you did for me and my Dad and I sincerely hope your company gets the recognition it so clearly deserves.

I cannot fault the service provided by all the team at Bournes from the arrangements beforehand by the ladies in the office to Ben and the team on the day.
They completely understood our needs and requirements and we never felt rushed. They listened and made helpful suggestions. They guided and supported us from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble.

Arranging a funeral during COVID Is difficult and daunting and Bournes could not have been more helpful and understanding.

I would highly recommend Bournes.

Planning a funeral can be daunting and upsetting but Ben and the team at Bournes made the process run very smoothly. They went above and beyond to make what is a difficult time, as easy as possible for my family.

On the day of the funeral the guys were professional and compassionate.

Hopefully I won't need to use a funeral director again anytime soon but when I do I wouldn't go anywhere else.
