Bournes Funeral Service, Sittingbourne arranged my lovely Michael's funeral on the 15th September. I cannot speak highly enough about what they did for me. The whole day was perfect. Everybody was kind and considerate about how I was feeling having lost my darling. The celebrant Darren Packman was so understanding and concerned about me. Thank you so much to everybody at Bournes.

I want to thank Bournes for everything you did. Your attention to detail, and the help you gave me, was second to none. And Barrie's funeral on the day could not have more perfect, everything was done as Barrie wished, and I know he would have been delighted with the service conducted by Rev. Alan. The little touches, such as placing his valued old teddies with him, as well as Ben's last act of kindness of putting sprigs of his favourite plant inside the coffin, were what made it special. All of you at Bournes are caring, kind and efficient. A wholehearted thanks to you all, you have made a very difficult period for me an unforgettable experience.

On the day of the funeral you were excellent you were unobtrusive but attentive and Ben helped us to know what to do and when,which was a great comfort to me on the day.
The only little niggle was that we nearly missed having his obituary in the local paper probably my fault for not having mentioned it earlier.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Bournes to any other prospective customers!

Both Catherine, with advance arrangements, and Ben with the photos/video and looking after both Mum & the rest of us on the day, were brilliant. They made what could have been a traumatic experience as pain free as possible. They treated Mum with dignity and respect, and we respect them in return for that. Thank you.
