Stibbards were excellent from the initial meeting right the way through to the funeral. They kept in regular contact, checking that our wishes had not changed, confirming the arrangments and the exact timings for the day. The day the transport and the service went like clockwork. One particular nice touch was the drive along the seafront to the crematorium, so much beter than the main roads. They made a really nice day of such a sad occasion. Thank you.

My namesake Wendy has been outstanding. From collecting David to the chapel of rest visits everything has been smooth with updates as needed. Explanation about costs was very thorough. 
Would highly recommend their services during what was my worst nightmare.

Brian's daughters (my stepdaughters) and I have been delighted with the way Stibbards have conducted the arrangements for Brian's funeral from beginning to end. The approach of everyone involved, from Wendy to Dan, was always sympathetic and understanding, friendly and relaxed, which helped us to feel positive about the whole event. Our wishes were always listened to, but helpful advice given where necessary.

We were pleased with the choice of Peter Holmes as celebrant. The wide range of practical choices, from coffins to floral tributes, was very pleasing, and we were delighted to be able to use the Visual Tribute facility.

We are making good use of the Obituary page on the Funeralzone site, although as an older person with basic IT skills, I found it difficult to access at first. My one criticism is that, since the majority of funerals involve some members of the 'older generation', it would be a mistake to make it too difficult to make cheque or cash charity donations. Some of my (very alert and totally compos mentis) friends don't even know how to use a computer, let alone own one.

This does not detract at all, though, from our being very happy indeed with the way that Stibbards arranged my husband's funeral.
