My Dad had always said he would want Stibbards to take care of him, their Hadleigh premises were at the end of his road! From start to finish, communication was very prompt and easy! Nicola at Hadleigh looked after us, and did her utmost to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible, we had some very specific requests regarding music as wanted my Dads YouTube videos of him playing piano played and a personal video from a local pianist to introduce a piece of music for the commital, all if these little touches were accomodated!! We had very specific requests as my Dad was a very passionate pianist, so we were guided to the most appropriate ideas, a beautuful Piano keyboard designed coffin, and order of service booklet, which were perfect! I was able to visit my Dad twice in the Chapel of rest and spend as long with him as I wished even on my Birthday, each of my requests taken seriously and personally. My Dad had been poorly in hospital prior so unfortunately unable to set foot on the newly laid driveway he had agreed to be installed for ease with his conditions, so we asked if the hearse would be able to park on the drive so he had been on it, also my Dad cycled a particular route to work for 25 years, and swam in the sea almost every day at Leigh and Chalkwell, and because he had lived in the same road for 79 years since the age of 5, he was the longest living resident, so I put leaflets through all the doors to invite the neighbours to wave him off, and Stibbards took him all the routes we requested for his final journey!! Martin and his team were very caring and reassuring on the day and helped with everything and all of us, where necessary and beyond!! Stibbards were very professional yet personally caring in making my Dads tribute & service the absolute best it could be!! Thank you from The Taylor- Barwis Family X

The whole team from taking my husband into their care through to laying him to rest were wonderful. Gary & George were so kind and respectful when they arrived at the house, Kate who took my initial meeting was professional and so lovely and Nicola who arranged my chapel visits was very good. Martin is the most beautiful human so compassionate and literally held my hand through the whole day. Thank you for being there through the hardest time of my life. To all of you, you are amazing x7

Thank you for your kindness, care and attention to detail, although the circumstances were sad, the thoughtfulness and thorough way in which every aspect was catered for was first class. With grateful thanks again and appreciation.
